When playstation Home existed and I was like 13 there were a bunch of "gangs". I was in one. We ran shit we went to all the same worlds together n shit. my job was to own the minigames by winning constantly. At some point I got "promoted" to lieutenant by the boss directly (cont)

So me and one other guy shared the authority of second in command. We'd find members that weren't responding to DM, we knew all the glitches, I felt pretty cool for a 13 year old. It also gave us a required seat at the gang meetings. One in particular sticks out (cont)

We were meeting up with a defecting lieutenant from another gang. I never really got why people were rivals or what they could do about it past say mean things, but we'll get there. All I had to do was listen and report on the goings-on in certain worlds (cont)

This is where it gets interesting. So we all met up at my boss's place, the default appartment. Apparently that was the only place that wasnt monitored since you couldn't hack to get it (take note of that). So I strike a pose and the grown ups start talking (cont)

At the point there was a rumor of a fight function being added to the game, so that was the main topic but at some point the defector mentioned there being whispers of a "hacker war". My 13 year old brain was like "yooo that sounds dope" but that was the last I heard of it (cont)

Years go by I stop playing. dont think much of it. It seemed really stupid in hindsight. It was only in high school that I put 2 and 2 together. Listenvery carefully. THE GANGS WERE MADE UP AND RUN BY HACKERS, THE HACKER WAR HE MENTIONED WAS THE RISE AND BEGINNING OF ANONYMOUS
