Thread of Strawhats and what Pokemon they could have.
1 Starter, 1 Normal One, and 1 Legendary. Would love to see what other Pokemon you guys think they would have.

Luffy
Infernape and Hitmonlee are self explanatory. Had a hard time with the legendary, but I decided to pick Regigigas due to the legend of Regigigas moving continents and the theory that Luffy may destroy the red line, opening up the world and making it more free.

Zoro
Pick Sceptile because we'll it's green and is able to use the move leaf blade and it's mega is a dragon. Picked Doublade since it's two swords and their "cursed" since they are a ghost Pokemon. And finally picked Zacian as the third sword. A beast who also fought a dragon

Nami
For Nami's starter I chose Torterra as a reference to how she grows the orange trees on the Sunny. I chose Persian for the cat burglar thing and it matches her animal. For her legendary I gave her Raikou since she commands lightning especially with Zeus.

Usopp
Picked Inteleon since sobble starts timid but becomes an intelligent sniper and a cover page had Usopp as a chameleon. Smeargle for Usopp's more artistic side and Arceus since he is the god of all Pokemon.

Sanji
Blaziken for it's firey kicks and it can help with it's flames to cook.
Gogoat since Sanji's animal was a ram and he is an all around goat. And finally Mewtwo, a Pokemon who is the result of evil experimentation.

Chopper
Starter I chose decideuye as a reference to the giant birds that helped him out during the timeskip.
Second Pokemon I chose is Chansey, since it's most commonly seen in Pokemon centers. For the legendary I chose the life pokemen xerneas who is also a deer

Robin
Picked the royal Pokemon with the intense glare since Robin is a queen . Picked Staraptor as a reference to her animal being a hawk and her legendary is Uxie, cute little guy who is the knowledge Pokemon.

For Franky's starter I picked Incineroar since it's a flashy, macho Pokemon that although seen as a very violent pokemon, it has been shown to help out smaller Pokemon and be kind to them. Conkledurr cause of building. Picked Solgaleo as a reference to the Sunny.

For Brook I picked Rillaboom since it plays an instrument, picked marowak for the skull jokes and how the both have a history with loss, and for the legendary I picked Yveltal since Brook overcame death.

Finally for Jinbei I picked Primarina as a reference to the mermaids, picked Lapras since Jinbei is the helmsman of the crew and acts like a guide and Kyogre is self explanatory.

Most Pokemon teams consist of six Pokemon and honestly the SHs all could have different ones. Like Chopper I could have given him Surpluff cause of his love for cotton candy. So I would like to hear your suggestions.
