If kindness doesn't make her change, maybe a little bit of force will do. Usually i won't be this mad , but her action made the artist whose art she traced suffers from mental breakdown and self-harm.

Shes happily tracing any art she likes , receives all the love and attention while the artist she traced off suffers from mental problems and probably crying her tears dry. Idk about you but i'd like to be violent if it's necessary.
