A few years ago I got too caught up into making money, neglected my health because of it.

I was quite fat.

My T level was LOW! Got blood tested, I was borderline eligible for TRT.

I more then DOUBLED it within 3 months, naturally.

This is how, step by step...

1. FIX YOUR SLEEP

You have to fix your fucked up circadian rhythm.

Go to bed and wake up at the same hours.

Take a few supps that I'm gonna list a down below.

Sleep 8-10h per night.

Once you do this, you'll start waking up without an alarm. Naturally. Like you should.
2. TRAIN LIKE A MANIAC

Lift weights 5 times/week + 1 day of cardio.

Don't randomly train. Track lifts and progressive overload.

Don't bullshit around in the gym, train and go out.

Train fucking HARD, if you can walk properly after leg day, you didn't train well enough
3. EAT PROPERLY

Preferably at a caloric surplus, caloric deficits are known to fuck up hormones over long periods of time

Healthy food ONLY, no fried shit, sugar, sweets, sodas, you know the drill, HEALTHY.

Track everything with Myfitnesspal, it'll help you stick to it.
4. BE FIT

Have a lot of muscle mass and little body fat.

The more body fat you have, the less T. Proven by too many studies already.

Training like a maniac (2) and eating properly (3) will help you get and stay fit.
5. SUPPLEMENT PROPERLY

Morning: fish oil, vitamin d, multivitamin

Pre workout: citrulline, creatine, caffeine

Before bed: zinc, magnesium, ashwagandha

Simple. No need to go overboard.

Supplemets are supplements. They'll give you a push, but nothing crazy.
6. MEDITATE

Not kidding. Sounds cliche but it works.

Meditation reduces stress, so many studies proving it.

Less stress = more testosterone.

10 minutes a day.

The fuck you gonna do with those 10 mins anyway that you might save by not meditating. Nothing.
7. SOCIALIZE

Go out more. Hit up girls. Get rejected. Who gives a fuck. Life's too short. Drive a fast car. Get a bike. Go surfing.

NO FAP!

Have sex daily.

Some crazy shit you wanted to do but never did. Do it now.

Mix the discipline with some craziness. Perfect combo.
8. SOME MORE ADVANCED SHIT

Go take a full endocrinology panel blood test, maybe your T is low because some other hormones are fucked up, they're all related.

Let's say you might have hypothyroidism, that's gonna fuck up your T levels, and it's treated only by medication.
TL/DR:

Sleep like a baby.
Eat like a king.
Train like a gladiator.
Meditate like a shaolin.
Be disciplined like a monk.

Fucking stick to it. For 3 months. No excuses and no days off.

Take a blood test before and after and then come back and tell me your T didn't go up.
You don't even need a blood test.

You'll know it. You'll sense it.

When your T levels are up you fucking feel it in your bones.

You'll feel like a king ready to invade and conquer another kingdom.

There's something ANIMALIC about high T in a man.
