I know there's NO reason for any of you to care about this, but she's lost photos of loved ones that she can never recover without Facebook's help and nobody there is responding. It's been months.
Okay so just some back story. My girlfriend's account got deleted in the early hours of the morning about 4 months ago. She got a password reset email followed by an email telling her she'd breached some kind of security terms, all while she was asleep (1)
She appealed, a process which includes sending a copy of her photo ID (driving license) and the appeal got an immediate response saying that the account would not be reinstated and nothing could be done.
The day before it happened, she hadn't posted anything, she rarely does (2)

She's had the same Facebook account for 10 years and like most of us, a history of her life has been uploaded there. You could say it was a mistake to trust Facebook to store her photos in the first place and yes, lesson learned, but that doesn't help right now. (3)
There are photos on that account she can't get back. Photos of every memory she's had in the last 10 years and prior. Photos of loved ones who have passed away. These photos only exist on that Facebook profile and nowhere else. All she wants is to get those back. @Facebook
