A galactic seed planet is one which houses and acts as a womb for DNA put together by beings from different star systems. This DNA is meant to grow a specific kind of consciousness. There are other galactic seed planets but Earth is unique,
Usually a planet would house a single specie. For e.g a planet of just water would only incubate intelligent aquatic beings and only dolphins would exist there. Earth has kept record of thousands of intelligent beings (on different levels of Spiritual Development) over the years.
All species that have lived here are recorded within the earth Akashic records. Everything that was + everything that will be has been documented here.
So even if a species may go extinct, its energy signature will always remain here. Hence nothing ever goes extinct. extinction = reaching the end of your physical timeline. Earth is a physical planet currently but she has other forms.
The other thing about the Earth is that it can psychicly transport or teleport developing beings into a new world for them to be custodians of those new Worlds that need beings on them. Many more species are about to go extinct as the Earth shifts out of her 3D form.
This teleportation is something our ancestors knew about and practiced. It required the activation of the merkaba or what is also known as the chariot of fire in the Bible.
