@Camila_Cabello it helps me to clean my mind and vision and to really focus also always helps me to fall asleep its like i cant even go a day without doing meditation anymore or I'll listen to some asmr as well
@Camila_Cabello I love listening to relaxing sounds too when I'm feeling very anxious and in my head a lot, I listen to podcasts too which is really inspiring and so helpful
@Camila_Cabello sometimes I would write down some sentences or important things from the podcast that I listen to in my little notebook and I would read my new written page before going to sleep or when I wake up
@Camila_Cabello I'm just so thankful for all those things that we have and are able to do and go for when we struggle those little things make me feel so grateful, relieved and happy ♡
@Camila_Cabello I also have a book who helps and gives methods to feel better, to get ride of all of these worries and fears and I enjoy reading it so much thank you for being this person who inspires me so much and who always makes me feel better
