To every writer who thinks they don& #39;t need a human copy-editor: trust me; you do. Here is a book by a best-selling novelist that was published by a well-known house that apparently relied on a machine:

Fuck it. I might as well do a little venting from time to time. I think about that patronizing email about how thoroughly the text in these is vetted every single time I see stuff like this:
