Day 1. SGT training @ 9:30. Egg whites & spinach for breakfast at 12.

I didn’t get McDonald’s ... snack at 2pm Special K chocolate protein shake before 3pm since it has sugar
3:30 lunch 2 chicken tacos w cilantro & tomatoes
I’m gonna die cause I can’t have dairy and everything I Like includes cheese
I just tried a protein bar... tasted horrible and I had a sip of milk so fml day 1 is shit
I have 30 minutes to have dinner... wtf
Didn’t have dinner yesterday just drank lots of water
Day 2. Paleo pancakes were made for people that only eat to survive and don’t care if the food has a taste or not.
Fuck the Burn class... fuck this class all the way
Ok now that I’m home and not hot and sweaty... 10/10 for the burn class, highly recommend
Day 3. Did My 2 classes and almost died. I clearly do not have any type of love for myself.
I went back and did light cardio work for 15 mins & a few arm & core machines .... I want to die.
Day 4. My knee feels like it’s gonna explode. Did Burn with Leeann did some strength training machines with her and contemplated quitting this damn challenge.
Also bought vegan cheese the other day,

Day 5 I did a challenge class and almost blew out my knee if that’s a thing. Day 6 I rested.
Day 7. I did 10 minutes on the stair master could’ve maybe gone to 15 but I had to pick up the baby. Good workout w my trainer

Day. 8 yesterday I had my cheat meal. My arms are hella sore rn. I don’t wanna work out this morning. I’ll see you tonight @NotfuckingwYall
I went up in all my weights for every machine and exercise today! Investing in a personal trainer has been the best investment I’ve made EVER. I’m gaining confidence at the gym and getting STRONGER every day I go.

Day 8 continued. I did a 19 hour fast, had a fruit smoothie from a vegan spot to break my fast then hit the gym AGAIN 5:30-7:45 w @NotfuckingwYall getting our strength sessions in! Getting stronger every day BAYBEEEE. Started fasting at 8 after my shake

It’s now 12:06am. I woke up to pee and I can FEEL my arms starting to get sore. Will today have to be a leg day??? Dammit

Day 9 I fucked my routine up so I rested. Had girls night at Olive Garden

Day 10. Going to a 9am Burn group with my favorite person @EDGEFitnessGym Leeann and my 10am Training right after. I’m mentally preparing myself not to hate her after that 1.5 hours lmfao

Day 11. Had chipotle to break my fast today not sure if that was healthy or? Lmao but I went to the gym for a solid hour so it’s cool

Day 12 worked out with my trainer AND babydaddy... lmfao is all I gotta say. Day 13 was super productive day training early morning + got peer pressured into a foundation class with Casey... it was not easy like I expected it to be

Day 14. Tried to make a green smoothie. I didn’t put enough ice OR fruit, it was chunky af & nasty. Had some cheese.... oh well in moderation

I NEED heavy strength training today though so let’s see if I can get that in

Day 16 was a rest day stayed in a calorie deficit but I sure did eat what I wanted to 


Day 17. I’m an idiot & missed my Training @ 10 LOL oops
so I’ll definitely be there later at some point

Day 18. Yesterday I went bowling. Had bar food to break a 24 hour fast LMAO stoopid. Today I went to the movies had nachos AND a doughboy so I’m in the gym tryna make my calorie deficit as big as possible so I can have real food.
Fuck it I still went over my deficit. Tomorrow’s a new day though. Getting right back on track.
Day 19. Did my hour with Leeann. I can confirm with absolute certainty: I fucking HATE rows & will never willingly make them a part of my workout ever. Also, I hate burpees. Goodbye.
I do not like brown rice. That’s it, that’s the update.
Day 20. Had a good late workout last night.
Day 21. I don’t wanna do nuffinnnnn so let’s see if I get to the gym today.
Day 22. Did get to the gym, intense mini strength & intense mini cardio session. Let’s see if I get there today cause I’m pooped.
Day 23. I’m tired so I’m resting. Cheat day was wonderful. Ate everything I wanted at home and I stayed in a maintenance calorie consumption so I’m happy with that
Day 24 & 25 stayed home bc everyone wanted to get into my head about the virus. Glad they did... I guess

Day 26. Worked out in my room 164 calories in 30 mins hollaaaaa
Day 27. I turned 26 and had (a lotta) pizza and wings from Boulevard Pizza


Day 28. I did nothing because... I could. And I had 2 PB&J sandwiches

Day 29. Did 10 mins of HIIT and burned 91 calories. Also completed 24 hours of my 36 hour fast ending tomorrow 9am. I can’t wait for breakfast


Day 30. Did the booty band guide from @DarihanaNova .... jump squats KILLED ME. Week 1 Day 1 complete

Day 31. I ain’t do shit but ate ice cream cake cause why not... stayed in a deficit though so it’s cool
Day 32. Did some HIIT for cardio & completed W1D2 of @DarihanaNova’s Botty Band Guide and let me tell you... I thought I hated jump squats on day 1 but I rather do that than today’s workout. My ass is on FIREEEEEE



Day 33. I ain’t do shit. I ate and slept.
Day 32. I don’t wanna do shit but I need to burn some calories so I’ll be giving myself an hour today.

Day 33. I did nothing except ate a little better and focused on water intake... also start feeling DOMS towards the end of the night so that sucked
