So... in light of Sherelle having a thread to share her movie reviews. I think I will start this thread where I’ll share my #fitnessjourney.. SO Day 1

Never wanted to give up more in my life. Legs feel like jelly
did a 3 set circuit and wanted to give up after 2 but carried on and feel like shit hahaha


Ok folks. Breakfast time. Will be having porridge with fruit and a coffee. Need to try and get to the habit of eating at the hour so will try around 8am for the rest of this journey.
Omg meant to say 5 a day yesterday
anywho went to the gym this morning but I was still sore so just stretched out and did two 5 mins circuits and should be walking lots today

Early breakfast
going to a gym class today and looking forward to the weekend as I’m giving Bradley wiggins a run for his money

Came gym for a lesson. But disappointed it isn’t as good as the one I go on Tuesdays and should go on Friday




Weekend update: went to the gym on Sunday for a little spin and then went for a run in the evening. Didn’t eat as good on Saturday but treat ya self and on Sunday it was no carbs 




Monday morning: it is nearly 1 week since I started. So we have fruit and a tea for breakfast. That’s 2/5
Really late lunch but busy with work. Going to a gym class at 6 and I know she’s good. Having some 3 apples chopped up and some nuts but might have a boiled egg and tuna for my after gym snack ...
also trying to have my last meal around 5/6pm

Wassup fellas. Today we have a lot of exercise packed in hopefully. Need to work on myself mentally to stop chickening out. Especially as it helps massively my anxiety to build sweat
Gym was successful
so happy with myself as it’s been ONE week !!! Also I’m the queen of awkward selfies 





Alright people so i didn’t have lunch as I was quite full with breakfast and I keep forgetting to mention but I also have two boiled eggs with my fruit fyi
so now I’m having a lunch/dinner and I had time to properly cook something !!! And I have spin tonight 



Didn’t go gym last night. I was too tired and I got annoyed when I got home as to why I didn’t go. Anyway breakfast was this.... I’m getting a Fitbit as I lost my Apple Watch and I need something to count my calories when I exercise so I can start my deficit thing ....
Snack time and Thursday’s walking results + need to get my Fitbit still, teaching 4 hours and go to a bootcamp class tonight
and eat my peng falafel salad that I brought from a stall in old street

Morning peeps totally forgot to take photo of breakfast but I had a porridge and a portion of fruit. Lunch is coming up next
So yesterday was my cheat day and it was good overall. Didn’t eat that much carbs just enjoyed a strawberry tart
didn’t eat much though but was just busy. Today had two eggs and an avo for breakfast with a mango. Having lunch now


So today it’s my 2nd week of doing this. I really didn’t eat today I just drank coffee and had some fruit and nuts. Mentally I sort of feel better but I also had some crying because on the scales it hasn’t shifted. Trying to get over it as it’s a slow gradual thing....
So really I am carrying on. Going to try and do what Adele did so will be trying to do as much of the sirtfood diet as possible and going back to what I mentioned before of trying weight training
Been pretty shit at the photo thing. Keep forgetting. Not today!!! So woke up only 1 hour ago. Having a clementine with a tea and need to rush to work where I will have a very peng salad

Alright folks. I’m very unmotivated and lazy. This thread actually helped me because it helped maintain what I lost. So here we go again...
