"UWMA is boring and too slow-paced."

Oh no you didn't.

Let me tell you why *I* like #UWMAseries so much.

~A MASSIVE THREAD~
ₛₒᵣᵣᵧ ₙₒₜ ₛₒᵣᵣᵧ.

1. DeanPharm relationship deepens episode after episode and it does move forward at a good pace. (If you say no, you haven't even watched the show long enough.) At the same time they have to deal with the memories of their past selves.

2. They remember some of the good things InKorn experienced, but they also remember so much of InKorn's suffering. Pharm remembers that In saw Korn committing suicide and he knows In killed himself too. Dean feels guilty because of Korn's actions. Heavy stuff!

3. Where does InKorn end and DeanPharm begin? Do they like each other because they are Dean and Pharm or because they are reincarnations of Korn and In?

That's a whole lot of emotions and internal conflict right there.

4. I don't know about you, but when I'm overwhelmed with emotions I do cry - or at least get teary-eyed. And I can just sit and do nothing. Just feel and stare at nothing.

I'm glad I can watch a show that has some of those elements that are so familiar to myself.

5. Relationships are more than just sucking each other's lips and fcking. Some people don't want sex at all, some people want to take it slow. Both are fine. Hugging your partner or sitting next to them holding their hand is intimate and meaningful and it feels good.

6. A happy couple shopping or cooking together? Or on a date? Just cuddling? Yes! I especially like watching BL couples being domestic. It gives me a warm feeling.

7. They've added all kinds of neat little details (like charging the phone, closing the door, turning off the stove) and I feel like a winner when I spot something.

8. #UWMAseries has topnotch acting. Every emotion is well delivered. Some people complain about those long silent moments, but I like them because they build tension and empathise the feelings and emotions.

9. Music is good!

10. There are so many supportive characters, both friends and family. Sometimes I just want to see people being nice 'cause I have enough drama in my own life.

11. Goldfishes, a lava lamp, a fugly wig, delicious looking food.

Okay now I'm just kidding

Except that I do enjoy learning about Thai food.

12. Dean looking at Pharm. ᴼʳ ᶦˢ ᶦᵗ ᴼʰᵐ ˡᵒᵒᵏᶦⁿᵍ ᵃᵗ ᶠˡᵘᵏᵉˀ That's a man in love and it's beautiful.

13. #OhmThitiwat has very expressive eyes and his facial expression & body language are always spot on.

(Also yes, Fluke is a king of acting but everyone should know that by now.)

14. Pharm can't hide his feelings and I like seeing him flustered. It's adorable and always brings a smile to my face.

15. Pharm speaks his mind and expresses himself clearly. Him being small or younger than Dean and Alex doesn't mean he can't take care of himself.

16. Dean and Pharm are there for each other. Just because Dean is older and, I think, more self-confident than Pharm doesn't mean he can't show his vulnerability and lean on his boyfriend. A relationship is about giving and receiving.

17. Win and his not so subtle flirting

18. Team looking after Pharm. Friendship goals tbh.

19. Team just in general. Maybe because all that food talk and glaring is so me? Hah

20. In conclusion, #UWMAseries is deep, emotional and awesome

And just because I love it doesn't mean I don't or can't appreciate different kinds of shows. I, too, drop dramas but that doesn't mean that the show in question is crap, it simply just may not be my cup of tea.
