If anyone has any idea on how the procedure works, please do enlighten me. For now, I am planning to gather evidence from her customers and compile them. It would be a great help if anyone can let me know her address as well. Thanks so much.

She just replied me saying that she has problems with the customs for some of the items, and that she will try her best to post the items that are at her house out asap.

As for the refunds, she will have to sell out the items to get money for refund. It might take awhile considering her situation.

I filed a complain on https://www.mcmc.gov.my/en/make-a-complaint/complaint-procedures as I am unable to register an acc on Tribunal Pengguna. Anyone experienced knows why they kept telling me that my password format is invalid?

I guess @Inspirexo1485_ is really a scammer and a liar? Don't try to defend her because that only means you're just a scammer like her.
https://www.mcmc.gov.my/en/make-a-complaint/complaint-procedures replied me that I should just lodge a police report on @Inspirexo1485_ because this situation is actually counted as a scam. I've gotten contact with the CCID PDM and they also advised me to lodge a report.
