@BinanceAmerica utilizes a Digital Asset Risk Assessment Framework (DARAF) to determine which projects to list. It examines 5 areas of each candidate asset.

@cryptocoley I am just a mere community member but here is my take on why @Aion_OAN is more than qualified to be listed

2/ DARAF #1 - Whether trading the candidate asset will affect Binance US’s ability to comply with applicable legal requirements, including, without limitation, US AML/CFT and securities laws and their implementing regulations;

3/ Aion has been a pioneer in transparency. They were the first and remain one of the few projects that discloses quarterly financial reports in collaboration with Deloitte. They’ve also been listed on US exchanges in the past.

4/ DARAF #2 - Whether the candidate asset’s core team has a clear strategy to solve a real problem and make the world a more efficient place;

5/ @OpenAppNetwork lead by @MattSpoke have a clear problem statement in which they are solving for the unintended consequences of platform economies (i.e. Uber, Shopify, YouTube)

6/ DARAF #3 - Whether the candidate asset’s community has a record of reaching compromises and consensuses to move the project forward, and how well the asset’s core team interacts with the asset’s community members;

7/ On Nov. 20th 2019 Aion flawlessly hardforked to a true hybrid POW/POS consensus called Unity. Before that they successfully launched the world’s first JVM-compliant Blockchain virtual machine, the AVM. These efforts are led by the Aion Research & Roadmap Team (ARRT)

8/ DARAF #4 - Whether the candidate asset’s market supply and demand are reasonably fair and likely to meet Binance US’s quantitative standards;

9/ I won’t pretend to be an expert on quantitative analysis, but $Aion is actively traded on @binance and has seen a steady increase in volume.

10/ DARAF #5 - Whether the candidate asset is technologically secure to transact and/or realistic to build;

11/ Whereas traditional PoW mining is susceptible to 51% attacks, and PoS staking is susceptible to cartel formation, Unity consensus would require an attack on both fronts to be successful.
