If there is someone asking me, "Why do you like Sotus so much? Is the series that perfect?" I will answer, no darling. Sotus isnt perfect. It has flaws here and there. But Sotus is special. It resonates deep in your soul once you get into it.
You can feel when you watch a series which the crews and actors pour their hearts into it or not. Sotus is indeed made by loves. That series not only the beginning of Kongpob and Arthit but also Singto and Krist. It holds memories that will be craved in our heart forever.
When we're growing old, we will still remember the day Kongpob met Arthit for the first time. We will still remember the day Kongpob said he would make Arthit his wife. We will still remember the day Kongpob and Arthit ran under the rain together.
And who can forget the day Kongpob won basketball tournament, crowned as university moon, only for Arthit. He didnt even care with anything because he was busy trying to find a glimpse of Arthit between the audiences.
When we're going to the beach we will remember the day Kongpob asked Arthit's line ID and indirectly asked Arthit on a date. When we're going to barber shop we will remember Kongpob said to Arthit that Arthit is bad for his heart.
What the first thing comes to our brain when we see a bridge? I bet it's Kongpob and Arthit. The place where they kissed for the first time. The place where Arthit asked Kongpob to face the future together with him. Also the place where Arthit wanted to break up with Kongpob.
Why is it always the bridge? Because the bridge is the symbol of the connection. Kongpob and Arthit were standing on the different side of the bridge before Arthit braced himself to cross it and burnt the bridge to be together with Kongpob.
When we see a sunset, all we can think about is the day Kongpob and Arthit spent his evening on the rooftop. Kongpob, once again, said he loves Arthit and as usual Arthit answered with disgusting but secretly happy expression.
Is Arthit that heartless? No darling. Arthit loves Kongpob more than he loves himself. Arthit loves Kongpob so much 'til he was stressed out with the thought of he couldnt make Kongpob happy. The insecurities always beat him up.
Of course we wont forget the day they kissed on the beach under the clear sky with million stars. That was the day Arthit said he loves Kongpob too. And when their lips met, Arthit only wish to fallen star was to be with Kongpob for eternity.
Arthit loves Kongpob to the point he was the one who always shout out his love to the public first before Kongpob. Tho I know Kongpob wouldnt mind to do that if Arthit let him.
One of my favorite part is when Arthit merged their gears and said to Kongpob that the gear is no longer represent themselves separately but represent themselves as one. That was very sweet of him.
Kongpob and Arthit journey is beautiful. They start from stranger, enemy, one sided love, lovers and finally a soulmate. I can only wish, in their universe, both of them are always happy. No more tears of separation, only tears of happiness.
We can always wonder what Kongpob and Arthit are doing right now. Maybe Arthit is no longer a spoiled Arthit that we know. He woke up early to make breakfast for Kongpob and their adopted children before they start their daily activities.
But Kongpob..maybe he is still the Kongpob that we know. He still loves Arthit more than anything. He now has the responsibility as the heir of his dad's company. He is a charming man with thousand admirers, but he's still only a puppy in front of Arthit.
When Kongpob's home the first name he calls will always Arthit. As usual, Arthit will come to his aid, helping Kongpob to loosen his necktie. Kongpob will kiss Arthit's forehead, then his nose, his cheeks and when he's about to kiss the lips, his children are calling.
Sigh..I can always imagine a thousand scenarios about Kongpob and Arthit's life after Sotus because I invested my heart too much in their characters. Thanks to Krist and Singto who brought them to live.
Can you imagine if it wasnt Krist and Singto? If it was someone else, will Sotus come this far? Who knows...I bet they also never thought sotus would be this success.
Once again..I'd like to thanks to all the crews and actors that create a simply amazing series like Sotus. BL series will always come, the new couples are gonna be raised, but Sotus, Kongpob and Arthit are always be one of the legends.
I dont need to rewatch to make the thread because I remember every detail and dialogue between Kongpob and Arthit. Hahaha.
