Last Saturday about 2300 I suffered a heart attack. Rushed to a large Manchester hospital, stented, stabilised and put into the critical cardiac care unit.

Moved after 48 hours to a step down ward, containing about 16 beds in sets of four.
The 4-set I'm in has a well-educated Pakistani Muslim, a Cheshire farmer and a retired manager of some kind. Good banter, supportive conversation.
