Wrongdoing can damage the mental & physical health of victims, their career aspirations & future.

Wrongdoing is endemic in many unis: anyone can be a victim & nobody is exempt. The power imbalance btw the uni & the complainant is huge, the uni complaints processes

can be biased & lack transparency: victims often have no justice.
