Wrongdoing can damage the mental & physical health of victims, their career aspirations & future.
Wrongdoing is endemic in many unis: anyone can be a victim & nobody is exempt. The power imbalance btw the uni & the complainant is huge, the uni complaints processes

sorry to learn of your experience. Unis are full of conflicts of interests: colleagues close rank with e/o bc of self-interest. There is no accountability.
