About 3 years ago, in Baltimore, I made a video tape approximately 3hours long. It was made for the express purpose of being delivered to Devin Nunez.
Initially a redacted copy was delivered, later a full version was delivered.
On this tape I discuss in detail my background

my work with the DOJ in Baltimore, as well as other federal agencies, and I went into GREAT detail about the crimes committed by those people I worked with. Including illegal surveillance, on private citizens, political rivals, business rivals, journalists, and especially on

on federal judges. This included specific details of how the illegal surveillance was performed and what was done with the information once obtained, and by whom.

Details including manipulated court cases, fabricated and fraudulent evidence planted onto computer systems of those above to coerce and manipulate their decisions or outcomes of cases.

As well as details on other crimes committed or participated in by these individuals including,but not limited to, murder,torture, treason, sedition, money laundering, espionage against the U.S. and much more.

Yesterday, February 10th, 2020 this tape was handed over as a result of a court order forcing it to be delivered. This is extremely dangerous for myself, my family, and others. the people involved in these crimes have no compunction against committing murder

to cover their crimes as they have already done so in the past. The court did this with zero consideration of the danger involved and with zero consideration for the obstruction of justice that this allows.

Many of these people are still in a position of power I will most likely seek retribution against the person exposing their crimes. Exposure of this tape also allows the people involved to cover their tracks, destroy evidence, intimidate or eliminate witnesses and obstruct

Justice in other ways. Things have just gone from bad to much worse.
They are going to try and bury or destroy as much as possible, especially before the election, we can't let them do that. We've come too far and too much has come out. Too many good people are working

on draining the swamp. They are attacking the smaller players like myself so that the President and his team can't prosecute them like they deserve many times over.
