Off late a lot of my news consumption has moved to Newsletters primarily. Subscribe to a bunch of them but threading out my favourite ones here.

Mornings start with @broadsheet_in [Daily]. Almost always has one well-written explainer on the issue of the day + a bunch of snippets that I use to get to other interesting news.

Have recommended them multiple times before. Here’s it once again: https://broadsheet.in/code/VSM9C2O ">https://broadsheet.in/code/VSM9...
Another favourite is @Finshots [Daily] - Covers One business/financial news item in 300-400 words. Crisp, engaging takes almost always. This and Broadsheet is how I typically end up starting my mornings.

Then there& #39;s @TheKenWeb& #39;s Nutgraf [Weekly]. Has a unique/interesting/searing take on India Business primarily. @peegeekay does a fabulous job and this is my without-fail Saturday morning read (This is free, even while most of the Ken is paywalled)

Stratechery Weekly: Ben Thompson’s weekly reads are truly brilliant - cover tech business.

I wish I was rich enough to subscribe to the Stratechery Daily! https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😅" title="Smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat" aria-label="Emoji: Smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat">

The weekly article/mail is free and available here: https://stratechery.com/ ">https://stratechery.com/">...
Bloomberg Technology/Fully Charged [Daily]. Quick but great take on one tech-related news item. Shows up in the evening here + primarily USA Tech.

Can subscribe to this and other Bloomberg newsletters here: https://www.bloomberg.com/account/newsletters">https://www.bloomberg.com/account/n...
Asia Tech Review [Weekly]. @jonrussell curates a bunch of interesting Asia Tech news pieces every week. If you are into the sector and/or the region, it is a good starting point.

Benedict Evans& #39;s Newsletter (Weekly) - For the larger picture articles on Tech and what’s moving in the Tech world. One of my favourite places to discover nice reads in the area. Link: https://www.ben-evans.com/newsletter ">https://www.ben-evans.com/newslette...
Kats Kable [Weekly] - A curated list of long reads across a variety of interesting areas. If you love reading away on Sunday, this one links to at least 3-4 nice long reads, every weekend, without fail!

Axios Login [Daily] - A quick 3-4 minute daily catchup of what moved in the US Tech world.

My biggest newsletter wishlist is an India-Tech version of this.

This and a bunch of other Axios ones here: https://www.axios.com/newsletters ">https://www.axios.com/newslette...
The Profile [Weekly] - Curation of long reads on anything under the sun (usually people, business, sports). Has almost always made me read about atleast one new thing every weekend.

And @notytony + @chuck_gopal& #39;s "The Third Slip" [Weekly]. Super fun summary of what moved this week (Primarily India-ish) with a strong dose of humour.

Two things have helped me read loads more. One of course, setting aside some time for this.

Two & most importantly: Filters on my GMail - dumping away OTPs, Order mails, Bank Promotions, SIP reminders separately into their own folders + Separate ones for every newsletter.
I used to subscribe to a lot of newsletters earlier too. But they used to be lost among the shit load of e-mail spam (ICICI FASTag emails everyday and the likes).

Having a cleaner inbox, segregated away has helped immensely.
Stuff that distracts/clutters is all dumped away into these folders, for checking once a day or so. And the rest of the inbox is the stuff that I actually intend to & #39;consume& #39;.
