tried to do the 15 mins beginner hiit just now and god dying is better
day 2: i died starting from the 8 mins mark hshsksk people who introduced plank and burpees come out
day 3: plank and burpees were a bit bearable but leg flutters and shoulder tap are plain evil

day 4: guysss surprise im still alive lmaoo leg flutter and shoulder thigh tap can go fuck themselves
day 5: overall its becoming more bearable altho i still struggle with the last two and managed to do arm workout too
day 6: noticed that it gets easier to do the movements now yasss third day for arm workout but progress !!!
day 7: omg a week !!! cant believe i did it continuously for a week im so proud yasss fourth day for arm workout and i still cant do knee push up
day 8: everything's getting easier now im ??? anyway fifth day for arm workout and im trying another new workout too (maybe)
day 9: the initial workout became easier so now im adding another 25 mins home walking workout to my routine and omg!!! a pants that used to be a bit tight at the waist now fits just right ??!!
day 10: 10 freaking days of consistently working out !!! what kind of sorcery hahshjsksk im too lazy to do the other 25 mins home training but must. force. self.
day 11: was sooo lazy today but i pushed myself to get it done!!! did the initial beginner hiit and arm workout but too lazy and unmotivated for home training.. ha sorry..
day 12: was a bit disappointed today but i pushed myself to continue working out and- that 20 mins home training is becoming more bearable and it takes longer to sweat now omg !!! feeling much better to have an off day tomorrow ^^
day 13: cheat day today, its a constant struggle of indulging and beating myself mentally for it :/
day 14: skipped it today too bcs i fell asleep and was goddamn tired hshsksk back to it tomorrow !!!
day 15: struggled a bit after two days of rest but- no pain no gain (loss) !!! but i notice that i dont sweat much now yasss and almost half a month of doing this i can do this !!!
day 16: im sooo lazy lmao but forced myself to get up from my awesome nap ha... but skipped that 20 mins 홈트
day 17: plank never gets easier dont believe in that lie !!! and really when does this metabolism thing get faster so that i can eat whatever i want lmaoo but- another 13 days to a month of productivity i can do this !!!
day 18: skipped 홈트 bcs my niece came and i was lazy lmaoo but- started doing omad and its much easier than IF imo and 再坚持一下就可以减到我理想的体重了加油 !!!
day 19: nowadays i have to force myself lmaoo why cant i be born gorgeous ??!! getting bored of the same workout so prob changing once i hit the one month mark :/ anyway hiit + arm + 홈트 done
day 20: skipped today since im joining a 5km run tomorrow- omg let me repeat: im joining a run ;;; what in the world lmaoo hope i survive
day 21: finished a 5km run today !!!im so proud of myself omg gonna do hiit + arm when i get home and thats it for today but anyway- join a run:

day 24: im getting lazier and less motivated... but i finally forced myself to do it at 3pm ha.. 还有1.4公斤然后就可以到我理想的体重了 再坚持一下好吧 !!!

day 31: im so damn lazy goddd but i did simple leg stretching and- thats it lol need to get back to exercising but.. no.. motivation..
day 31: felt guilty so i forced myself to do the new hiit workout and- omg fck im so tired fml i couldnt do like 5 of the movements and by the 14 mins mark i was on the floor dying shsjsk ppl plank is so much easier compared to plank w leg lift hdjsksk but at least i exercised..?
day 32: got motivated to workout bcs i wanna eat sushi and subway today hshsjsk did 10 mins intense hiit and- god i was gasping like hell and my head was spinning at the end

day 33: today is rest day but i ate a lot.... the guilt is haunting me now... my period is soon so this is probably hormonal binging but i feel shitty... so im going 36 hrs [redacted] again to probably offset the calories i consumed today
day 34: idk if its bcs i ate a lot of shitty food this week but my health has been terrible :/ i just recovered from a fever a few days ago and now i feel weak again... and no motivation to workout... im just gonna take it easy this week ha..
day 35: i woke up feeling like shit with my nose blocked and throat swollen.. again. i've been drinking lots of water so just why??!! not working out again i guess :/
day 35: today went well before it all went down.. i ended up eating so much in the span of a few hours. not feeling too guilty about it which is good, but a bit sad i lost control. anyway, motivated to begin again tomorrow !!!
day 36: i went slightly above my recommended calorie intake today bcs mom bought kuih for me
anyway progress compared to yesterday !!! didnt exercise today too bcs my throat is killing me and im slightly feverish

day 37: woke up feeling better then yesterday but i still had stuffy nose and horrible sorethroat :/ did beginner hiit + arm workout to try and get back on track so yay progress
day 38: i skipped exercise.. again.. but its okay !!! lets start a 7 day challenge tomorrow and try to stick to it :) gotta start being productive tomorrow
day 39: day 1 of this 7 day challenge !!! fck my thighs are not existent
i was highkey dying from the 6 min mark and this is a 10 min workout hahhsksk leg raise and squat pulse are plain evil

day 40: day 2 out of 7 !! i hate plank and squat pulse with a passion !! god once i finish these 7 days i aint doing any of them anymore !!!
day 41: day 3 !!! plank remains to be a bitch but squat pulses became more bearable yay i get light headed everytime i do this workout but its kinda expected since im doing it on an empty stomach lmao but it feels good yes
day 42: another 3 days to go !!! plank proves to be impossible after other movements couldnt even do 45 secs :/ overall the entire workout is becoming more bearable yay!! ...except burpees which i cant even do
day 43: i almost skipped but reminded myself that theres less than 3 days to go !! managed to plank for 45 secs today
another 2 days lets push through !!

day 44: one (1) day left with this challenge !!! did arm workout too today and omg i still cant do push ups but its more bearable now
burpee is hell and plank is still evil btw

day 45: i finished the 7 day hiit challenge !!! cant say i'll continue working out bcs i have to submit the first draft of my thesis before april- thats an excuse but i really gotta prioritize lmao anyway finally no more plank burpees and squat pulses

day 46: i forgot to update this yesterday so im doing it now. didnt do any exercise and only did my thesis lol it was a rest day i guess
day 47: did chloe ting's intense hiit today! it was only 10 mins but i couldnt do the single leg lunge
i cant feel my legs hahahshsk but it was a good sweat supposedly burn 200 calories max so


day 48: alternate exercise day until i finish my thesis. today is rest day but did some leg stretching in the morning (by some i mean really some lol) but at least i got out of bed hahahsjsk
day 49: did 10 mins intense hiit !!! i cant feel my legs and im dying hahsksjsk did only 5 mins of no jumping workout after that bcs i cant finish it lmaoo

day 51: 6 reps of 1000 steps exercise and 10 mins of fat burning workout. need to persevere doing this at least 6 times a week until ramadhan

day 56: did 30 mins dance cardio bcs i was bored
also did 6000 steps while watching a drama and its only 1pm...... im lovin this no thesis life !!

day 57: did 45 mins kickboxing cardio and lmaoo i had to take a break in the middle bcs i was dying hdhsksk not doing anything else after that hell

day 58: forgot again yesterday
but rest day so i was only watching movies and playing sims lmao

day 59: 60 mins of kickboxing cardio !!! my internet disconnected halfway through so i got extra 5 mins rest
