• Congressional Delegation Background

• Adam Schiff in Ukraine???

• Falsifying Congressional expenditures records

1)A Congressional Delegation (CODEL) is an official foreign travel for a group of lawmakers. In the House of Representatives, only the Speaker and the committee chairman can approve a CODEL.
2)The State Department is responsible for the coordination of Congressional (CODEL) travel to foreign posts. The U.S. embassy, located in the destination country, receives and escorts the delegations.

Most CODELS fly commercially between the U.S. and the foreign destination.
3)Members must submit an expense report to the committee chairman, which itemizes, per diem, lodging and meals, transportation, and other expenditures

Every quarter, the chairman consolidates the report and submits it to the Clerk, where it is released for the people to see
5)Later that night, the Hoyer-led CODEL, which included Schiff and Val Demings, departed on a military plane from joint base Andrews.

The next day (June 28), the CODEL arrived in Denmark, where they attended a Democracy Summit. Schiff and Hoyer were among the invited speakers.
7)I dug through the U.S. embassy's Facebook - Taylor was still at the embassy as late as June 27. It is likely that he met and escorted the CODEL when they arrived on June 30.

They met with President Zelensky, and the board members of Naftogaz, the oil and gas company in Ukraine
Side Note: Fiona Hill testified that around May/June, the board members of Naftogaz met with the National Security Council. 🤔

Amos Hochstein, who sits on the board of Naftogaz, would meet often with Fiona Hill at her request.
8)On July 1, the delegation left for Hungary, which shares a border with Ukraine. Here's a picture of the Delegation in Budapest, Hungary. Schiff does not appear in any of the photos. I have not found any pictures of Schiff beyond the delegation's first stop in Denmark.
9)Here is where things begin to get weird.

Schiff's office shows an itinerary to the Washington Examiner saying that after Denmark, Schiff will lead a CODEL of his own to Finland and Norway. Rep. Castro, Rep. Heck, and Rep. Maloney names were also listed https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/white-house/schiff-and-hoyer-book-pricey-taxpayer-funded-military-jet-to-europe-for-speeches
10)When reporters reached out to Rep. Joaquin Castro's office for comment, they were informed that he was not traveling with Adam Schiff.

Castro was truthful. He and a group of angry democrats went to the border to yell at BP Agents. Perhaps its was all a diversion
12)Adam Schiff's Staffers were trying to throw reporters “off the scent” by showing them a fake itinerary to prove that after the stop in Denmark, Schiff would divert from Steny Hoyer's delegation
13)Adam Schiff doesn't even appear as a passenger on the Congressional expenditure record.  At the very minimum, Schiff should show up for expenditure on the flight to the summit in Denmark.
14)Since it doesn't look like Schiff himself led a CODEL, Hoyer's office fabricated the expenditure records to make it look as if Adam Schiff was not on the trip

Also omitted from the records, is the expenditures in Ukraine. There's no record of that stop! What is going on here?
15)Hoyer's office edits the stop in Denmark to show 6/28-7/1 when it should reflect 6/28-6/29, and Ukraine as 6/30-7/1.

Not only are they wasting our money with these expensive trips, but they are making it even more difficult to track by falsifying Congressional records.
16)Adam Schiff and Steny Hoyer were late additions to the list of speakers at the Copenhagen Democracy Summit.

In fact, from the group that traveled on that delegation, Steny Hoyer is the only person who was scheduled, in advance, to be overseas. July 3 in Luxembourg
17)The delegation used a military airlift to get to Europe. Using one isnt like calling an Uber. It costs several times more than a commercial flight, and requires planning.

The DOD, under the direction of Assistant Secretary of Defense, handles military airlifts for CODELs.
18)The DOD Directive states that airlifts should be avoided if commerical flying is available

The advantages of airlifts are faster travel, bypassing the airport, and an alternative if seats are not available on a commercial flight, due to late booking

19)Let's keep in mind that this sudden trip to Ukraine happened behind the President's back.

The President left for Japan on June 26, crossed the DMZ on June 30, before returning back home on July 1.
20)Here is the Calendar for June 2019. Blue represents the House & Senate in session, and purple represents just the Senate in Session. June 27 is the last day that the House is in session before the weeklong 4th of July recess

The CODEL rushed out of town the minute they could.
21) The only way that the Delegation could've used a military airlift for their sudden trip to Denmark and Ukraine, is by having willing participants in the Department of Defense.

We need to know why did Steny Hoyer's office omit the trip to Ukraine from the expenditure records.
We need @realDonaldTrump to declassify some documents. He'll find more people who need to be fired.

His State Department and National Security Council have been working with the Democrats for quite some time.

The Swamp is deep!

Stay tuned
