Hip-hop and R&B sample so much Arabic music. Of course you hope that Middle Eastern artists actually get paid for being sampled and get their credit. Here's a thread of notable samples (interestingly, most hip-hop and R&B songs that sample Arabic music were produced by Timbaland)
The most famous example is Jay-Z's "Big Pimpin." That song sampled "Khosara" by Abdel Halim Hafez. It was produced by Timbaland and caused years of legal battles over copyright issues.

Aaliyah's "Don't Know What To Tell Ya" (produced by Timbaland) samples Lebanese-Algerian singer Warda's "Betwanes Beek" (Fun fact: Britney Spears also sampled this song during the bridge in "My Prerogative") https://www.whosampled.com/sample/1591/Aaliyah-Don%27t-Know-What-to-Tell-Ya-Warda-Batwanness-Beek/
Aaliyah also sampled Arabic music in her song "More Than a Woman" (also produced by Timbaland) which takes from Mayada El Hennaway's "Alouli Ansa" https://www.whosampled.com/sample/10547/Aaliyah-More-Than-a-Woman-Mayada-El-Hennawy-Alouli-Ansa/
Fabolous and Ne-Yo's collab "Make Me Better" (again, a Timbaland production) samples Egypt's own Sherine. The original Sherine song is "Al Sa'ben Aleh" https://www.whosampled.com/sample/3070/Fabolous-Ne-Yo-Make-Me-Better-Sherine-Al-Sa%27ban-Aleh/
Hossam Ramzy's cover of Oum Kalthoum's "Enta Omri" was sampled in Petey Pablo's ode to North Carolina "Raise Up" (you guessed it, produced by Timbaland) https://www.whosampled.com/sample/21149/Petey-Pablo-Raise-Up-Hossam-Ramzy-Enta-Omri/
In "Dance" by Nas, he samples Algerian singer Cheb Khaled's "Aicha"

The Chemical Brothers & Q-Tip had a fun collab with "Galvanize" and that song samples Najat Atabou's "Hadi Kedba Bayna" https://www.whosampled.com/sample/16/The-Chemical-Brothers-Q-Tip-Galvanize-Najat-Aatabou-Hadi-Kedba-Bayna-(Just-Tell-Me-the-Truth)/
In his Purple Reign mixtape, Future's "Wicked" samples Rayan's "Kanet Rohi" https://www.whosampled.com/sample/493547/Future-Wicked-Rayan-Kanet-Rohi/
Foxy Brown in her song "Hood Scriptures" samples Ragheb Alama's "Ya Bouy" https://www.whosampled.com/sample/34349/Foxy-Brown-Hood-Scriptures-Ragheb-Alama-Ya-Boy/
Ms. Jade's "Dead Wrong" (another Timbaland-produced track) samples Iraq's own Kazem Al Sahir, using his song "Al Zamen" https://www.whosampled.com/sample/15778/Ms.-Jade-Dead-Wrong-Kazem-Al-Sahir-Al-Zamen/
There are plenty of other examples that I'll try to include as I find them. Bottom line: Arabic music is more prevalent than you think, and these artists deserve their credit, their respect, and their money
I forgot one other notable sample! A$AP Rocky, in his song "1Train," samples Asala's "Meshet Senin" https://www.whosampled.com/sample/186931/A$AP-Rocky-Kendrick-Lamar-Joey-Bada$$-Yelawolf-Danny-Brown-Action-Bronson-Big-K.R.I.T.-1Train-Assala-Meshet-Senin/
