Saw the tags "do not support zoos of any kind" " on a gif of a tiger...u do realize a lot of zoos have animals that were rescue from being illegal exit pets and shit right. Most of those animals can't go back into the wild. My city zoo for example mostly has rescues.

I'm not saying all zoos are good. Yes some do buy from animal traffickers and such but most zoos house rescue animals that were raised as pets or something happened to them that makes them impossible to go back into the wild. My city zoo has a lot of rescues mostly in big cats.

Have those cats has cubs and stayed in the zoo, yes. Cause they cant just take cubs from the parents and put into the wild. Zoos also act as animal preserves. And money from tickets goes to feeding and making sure that the zoo can stay open so these animals have a home.

Like I get being cautious of zoos and such. But zoos do help animals who have been abused and have never seen the wild. Saying all zoos are bad literally over looks the fact that not all animals can be reintroduced to an environment they can't survive in.

Do your research before spouting nonsense like "don't support any zoos of any kind" cause you look like a dumbass. You care for these animals, then take in consideration that zoos help animals that can't survive in the wild or have never seen it. Ive talked to my zoo employees.

I remember when I was a kid i asked why the leopard was in the zoo and not in the wild. The zookeeper told me how they had rescued her from someone keeping her as a pet and had never known the wild. Talk to your zoo emloyees they generally are good people who care for the animals
