A glimpse into the amount of hidden sugar in your everyday over-the-counter food & beverage products, which are not only advertised and marketed as healthy but also endorsed by the good-for-nothing celebrities who've been put on a pedestal by you.
+ Just searched and figured that the guy in the above posted video is @Vishen. Excellent work!
+ Here's a list of the 50 shades of sugar to look out for on the ingredient labels.

Companies may use these in their products (and mention the same on their labels) as you may not recognize the names and believe that there is no 'sugar' in the particular product.
+ An example of how companies try to label sugar with different names.

Pic 1 - Label mentions 85g carb including 37g sugar (sucrose) per 100g

Pic 2 - Label mentions Sugar & Liquid glucose separately in the list of ingredients!

(Both pics from Amazon; Product - Bournvita)
+ Approximate sugar content per 100g in popular biscuits in India (does not include other carbs or hidden forms of sugar) -

• Nutrichoice Digestive - 19.4g
• Patanjali Doodh biscuits - 20.4g
• Marie Gold - 21g
• Good Day - 22g
• Parle G - 25.5g
• Bourbon - 37.5g
+ Zandu Chyavanprashad

Front Label - 'Sugar Free Revitaliser',
'Ayurvedic Wisdom', 'Builds Stamina'

Back label - Contains artificial sweetener Sucralose!
7) Tang is 93.6% sugar but right above the nutrition label it says Tang enables you stay hydrated because it makes water 'pleasurable'.

Also, the only bit of health related information on the front of the pack is that it is a source of Vitamin A,B,C & Iron! 🤦‍♂️
8) 15g Almonds (Badam) would contain about 7.5g fat, 3.5g protein & 3.5g carb.

BUT

15g of 'Badam Mix powder', with a front cover which says, 'Goodness of more Almond bits in every sip', contains 13g Carb (with 12g sugar!), 1g each of fat & protein.

9) Quantifying the amount of sugar in most sugary soft drinks as number of teaspoons for better practical correlation (standardized measurement; 1 teaspoon = 4.2g) 👇 https://twitter.com/DoctorLFC/status/1229796966130950145?s=19
10) Amount of added sugar in popularly sold chocolates in India: https://twitter.com/DoctorLFC/status/1285555800757415937?s=19
11) Marketed as a probiotic drink and termed as fermented milk. Contains 10g sugar per 65ml. They proudly claim that 40 million bottles are consumed everyday!
