To be clear: I’m blessed with a company that lets me work from home when needed. Gives unlimited PTO. And gives me ample time with my seed to make sure, as a single parent, I don’t miss his milestones. Also they ensure I take care of myself.

I need y’all to understand PM’s/Superintendents/Foreman’s in construction work WILD hours.

We have tight timelines, things always go awry. People get sick, budgets get affected etc...

My hours/days are not uncommon. Your city isn’t being built on a hope and prayer. Respect it.
