Second positive case of Novel #Coronavirus has been found, in #Kerala. The student(studying in #China) had recently returned from China. The patient has been kept in isolation in the hospital; is stable and is being closely monitored.
There are around 1800 people who have returned to Kerala from China.
These are huge numbers.
They are currently under observation for possible exposure to the coronavirus.

Self quarantine/isolation won't work... Especially in India.
High time Kerala identifies these 1800 and quarantines them officially.
Also, need to analyse the epidemiological connections and take necessary action.
*We have seen P2P/community infections in other nations.
