This is very so bizarre. @Ql979 pointed out that the handle of the account @NoofPoet , formally known as @NoufAhmedJaber changed. Incredibly, Noof bin Ahmed Al Thani initially claimed she had been elected the head of the Qatari Opposition in Geneva back in 2017. See screenshot

There's even a video clip about it. However the account now has changed the handle but also changed the name to bin Saud. At this point, it is not clear she ever existed, or was just concocted to create the illusion of a broaer Qatari opposition and defection

Update: @Ql979 has pointed out that Nouf has changed her user name again, to 'Nuqta'....
