HOW I MADE 20'000 IN A MONTH WITH A SMALL UX/UI - COPYWRITING OPERATION

(Thread, Part 1)

In July 2019 I decided to start a successful digital marketing biz after spending Q4 2018 and Q1 2019 reading around 73 books on marketing & sales.

HERE I will teach YOU how I did it step-by-step.

I will be showing you step by step how I did it, but with a new brand.

BEFORE WE START:

-There a multiple roads to Rome. This is not the only way to make $$$.
-This is theoretical. There are many variables in business and results may vary.
-Make sure you have the legal/tax shit in order if you start making $$$.

#1: NAMING YOUR COMPANY

Go to http://namelix.com  and choose a name based on your (niche) + (Your offering)

We'll be using medical marketing as an example.

Let your name be short-medium and select the BRANDABLE option.

The neural network will throw you a boatload of names, choose the nicest one. If you got $$$ you can choose a premium name, which comes with a domain.

Choose the one you like the most. For simplicity, we'll choose "Medm"

#2: REGISTERING YOUR NAME

Now that you have chosen your name, we'll go to http://namecheap.com  to buy a domain.

This is a lot like Casino Roulette, you don't know what you will be getting.

Avoid suffixes like .gaming or .xxx (lol)

There are more than 400 suffixes, you will find one you'll like.

Many times the .org, .com, .co and other good suffixes will be taken, don't worry, there is always a decent one.

http://Medm.digital  looks alright enough.

Do not fall for these upsells, you don't need them. Namecheap gives you FREE WhoisGuard btw.

This means your registration can't be traced back to you by conventional means.

#3: STARTING YOUR WEBSITE

Alright! Have you ever heard of ClickFunnels?

Me neither. We will be using http://Carrd.co 

http://Carrd.co  allows you to build BEAUTIFUL AESTHETIC one-page websites that can showcase your services in a professional way.

The best part? It's sinple and responsive.

Price? A month's worth of Starbucks Lattes. Fifty American.

You may say: "B-But Bronze! I don't know how to make a custom-made site!"

And I may reply: You are in luck, champ.

Carrd is drag-and-drop. If you know how to build a house in Minecraft, you can make a Carrd site.

If you don't, you had no childhood.

Go to http://Carrd.co  and click "Choose a Starting Point"

Choose one of the many ready-made templates. There are free ones but the best ones belong to the pro tier.

I am going to assume you were smart enough to invest fifty dollars in your future so we'll be choosing a premium template.

Let's start by choosing a picture:

Don't use ugly photos. NO UGLY SHIT.

I searched for the term "Medical" on Unsplash.

For simplicity, we'll be going with this one.

PHOTOS TO AVOID:

-Cluttered photos
-Depressing photos
-Photos with sad people
-Photos unrelated to the niche (Dogs in a law firm site)
-Unaesthetic, ugly themes
-Stock photo looking pics
-Photos with watermarks (Photoshop 'em out at least)
-Low res pics

I REPEAT, NO UGLY SHIT

Not sure what colors you'll use on your new site? No worries!

http://Coolors.co 's AI will choose an AESTHETIC palette for you. You can even choose a specific color and the computer will think of a color-set based on your choice.

Make logo for your biz. I joined two M's (Because our biz is called "M"ed"M") with the Medical Caduceus in Adobe XD. Quick and easy - for now.

You use Canva or something if you are a noob, but keep in mind that logos created in professional software have a higher ROI.

Back to Carrd, I won't be telling you how to use it, you can learn that by your own (Remember, easy like a Minecraft house!)

Add the Headline, the second headline and the call to action to get started.

Then, take care of the colors and ta-da! The foundation of your newly-created MONEY-MAKIN' BIZ is done!
