If Apple Watch added oxygen and carbon dioxide level monitoring. There’s really no way for you to know about these problems except with sampling equipment, and most people won’t drag one around.

Update: Facilities dept is going to fix ventilation rate in room I gave them info about, something was broken/overlooked in cycle setting despite it being modern HVAC system!

This can happen by accident despite a modern building and high-end system my employer can afford, & treats employees very well! Definitely ask your management to buy a CO2 meter to make sure you’re not all 15% dumber during meetings. This isn’t a joke they took me seriously.
UPDATE:
Facilities identified a problem in HVAC system configuration and fixed it.
CO2 levels are down significantly from 1300 to 850 and the air feels much fresher.
