I am livid. I am so ticked at all these shills who have tried to destroy @GenFlynn and his family.

I’m doing a thread with my thoughts on the affidavit/declaration of @GenFlynn that was filed yesterday.

@GenFlynn proclaims his innocence and withdrew his guilty plea.

2. He hired Covington law firm to rep him re FARA inquiry by DOJ. He trusted them and relied on them. Here is where the set up began.

3. @GenFlynn resigned as Nat Sec Advisor for @realDonaldTrump so that @potus new presidency wouldn’t be overshadowed by this investigation and eventual Mueller witch hunt.

4. Since Covington was representing him for FARA, he went ahead and retained them to rep him for the FBI investigation and Mueller investigation. Again, he put his trust in them as his legal counsel.

At this point attorney Keller asked @GenFlynn if he had any dirt on @potus

5...which may help him in a plea deal with DOJ and Mueller. @GenFlynn could’ve taken the easy way out and lied or tried to come up with something in a grey area but he didn’t. He said @potus has done nothing wrong. Keller at this point tipped his hat as to Covington’s true

6...motivation in my opinion. They were told by their Deep State handlers to get @GenFlynn to turn against @realDonaldTrump

On Nov. 4, 2017 Covington lawyers led @GenFlynn into a proffer session with Mueller’s team and pressured him to plead guilty and told him he was facing

7...a 15 year prison sentence if he did not. In my opinion they were setting him up big time.

@GenFlynn opens up and explains how he was totally relying on the advice of Covington at this point and realized something wasn’t right. He followed his lawyers advice.

8...the next day Keller calls @GenFlynn and tells him if he didn’t agree to the plea deal he would be subject to even more charges and his son Mike Jr would be prosecuted. Mike and his wife had a 4 month old baby

Strong arm tactics by his own attorney? This is reprehensible!

9... @GenFlynn continued telling his own attorneys he hadn’t lied and they continued to lead him down the path to the slaughter...they were going to make sure he plead guilty no matter what.

10...again his lawyers at Covington advised him to sign the statement of offense in spite of @GenFlynn telling them that even the FBI agents who initially interviewed him didn’t believe he lied. I have a feeling Covington lawyers were only talking directly to McCabe

11... @GenFlynn again opens up and states he would have never plead guity had his attorneys advised him properly and had he been informed of the disclosures of the FBI agents.

12...again each time @GenFlynn raised these issues with Covington they told him to stick to the deal. The December 2018 sentencing hearing totally blind sided @GenFlynn. Once again Covington told him to expect probation only and Judge Sullivan’s bashing of him took him by

13...surprise. At the advice of his wife Lori (thank God for wise spouses!) he took the judge up on his offer to continue the sentencing hearing. Once again Covington firm did not advise him to continue the hearing. Flynn describes this as one of the worst days of his life.

14...Spring of 2019 @GenFlynn fires Covington and hires @SidneyPowell1 after Sidney advises him of the massive conflict of Covington and likely told him Covington was setting him up.

@GenFlynn reiterates he is not guilty and should’ve never plead guilty.

15. Do you see what Covington did to @GenFlynn ? Do you see how it works?

-attempt to bankrupt him early so he is pressured to plea guilty due to financial strain

-strong arm him into pleaing guilty lest they go after your son

-strong arm into pleaing guilty lest the judge

16...sentence him to 15 years in prison

-tell him the FBI agents stand by their statement that he lied when in reality the Covington lawyers were likely taking orders directly from McCabe or Strzok or Page.

Why do this? Initially they wanted him to turn on @realDonaldTrump.

17. Once they realized @GenFlynn is a loyal patriot of the highest caliber and knew he wouldn’t lie about @POTUS to save himself, they went after his finances, his family and his freedom.

This is a travesty of justice.

Judge Sullivan must dismiss these charges.

18...Covington lawyers should be investigated and disbarred. Also, @GenFlynn should file a legal malpractice lawsuit when this is all over. Criminal charges are possible against Covington

@GenFlynn should also sue Mueller and his team and the DOJ.
