So, there is no disability that causes racism and that's obviously true.

However, Tourette's can make you say racist things that you don't believe and have no relation to your thoughts or character. So can other disabilities that cause coprolalia, but I know less about those.
That doesn't mean, Tourette's causes racism. Obviously that's societal. Also, not everyone with Tourette's will have racist tics. The only people who might will be those with a symptom called coprolalia, which literally translates to shit talking (I know).
Coprolalia makes us say things that are inappropriate or things that we don't want to say. It's a stereotype that everyone with Tourette's has this, but some people do, including myself, so we need to talk about it and educate people so we can avoid being ableist.
Now, obviously, things that are inappropriate vary from culture to culture and in various situations, so by definition, so does coprolalia. So obviously, while racism does not come from Tourette's, the only way for someone with coprolalia can guaranteed never have a racist tic...
is to literally be entirely unaware that racism even exists. Which is obviously impossible. Racism is everywhere and we all know things that might offend various groups of people. Just not all our brains compel us to say those things.
Tw: examples of tics
I mean, I also wouldn't have known the words bitch, fuck, and shithead without culture, but I do and I say those too.

And no, I'm not saying those words are equal to slurs, but that they can be caused by the same phenomena.
Now, coprolalia is very hard to explain in writing and I'm aware how easily this can be misinterpreted as: People with Tourette's get to say whatever they want and have a free pass to be hella racist!

That's not what I'm saying, as that would also fall into another stereotype.
So instead of trying to explain what it's like in writing, which I find is really ineffective, I have some short videos of people with coprolalia explaining it. Here's some examples of what coprolalia CAN look like in SOME people.
Also, please be aware that this is a medical symptom, so while I'll happily answer genuine question, don't blame them for their condition in any way or I will report and block you.
Tw: tics, coprolalia
Anyways, here goes:
Tw: tics, vocal, coprolalia
This is great because it explains not only some things about coprolalia, but complex tics in general as well as how, in my experience, most people navigate coprolalia:
Tw: tics, coprolalia, short depiction of genitalia
I love this one because it clearly describes the difference between tics and regular communication in everyday life:
I also have a video of my own about coprolalia on my channel (link in bio) which I won't put here cause 1) I find it too cringy & 2) there's some minor points where my feelings have either evolved/don't apply to everyone, but it's still a good coprolalia 101 if you want to watch.
Point is: yes, your disability does not cause racism. That is still true. Having a mental illness, medication, having Autism or ADHD, being stressed out or in pain, etc., doesn't make anyone racist.
However, there does exist a complication that Tourette's (and other disabilities that involve coprophenomena) can cause people to say racist things without actually being racist themselves and that should be acknowledged because not doing so is, in fact ableist.
