End of 2020 weightlifting goals:

Bench: 215+
Deadlidt: 315+
Squat: 275+

Let's get this.
Gonna tighten up and try the 5/3/1 program. Seen some pretty good results come out of friends, if I'm consistent I think its pretty obtainable.
Going to make this a progress thread, will update ocassionally when I hit milestones.

Though after taking a step back I do want to raise my goals.

Bench: 315lbs
Deadlift: 405lbs
Squat: 375lbs

Squatted 225 really easily today. Need to improve form a bit.
