Rappers/musicians that come after Kanye regarding the #MAGA sh^t have to reflect on this scenario:

Either this guy ( @kanyewest), who most will not deny that the nature of his genius isn’t respected for at least 3-5 years after he reveals it (pink polo, non-gangster rap, 808s...
and heartbreaks, Yeezy shoes, YEEZUS, the list of his genius works continues as nauseous). Either the guy that brought you ALL THAT (a) went crazy & should be completely discarded for “supporting” Trump OR (b) yet again his message is going over your head because he’s ...
3-5 years ahead where “you” are all at (mainstream rappers, J. Cole, Bon Iver, etc.).

Kanye has demonstrated too many times that it’s the latter: his 3-5 years ahead of your thought process and will be validated once you all (society) catches up.
I love J. Cole. One of my favorite artists. But all of these artists throwing Kanye under the bus for wearing a #MAGA hat only proves Kanye’s point: you are all so sold on a simulation that isn’t real to begin with. It has nothing to do with Trump, the issue here is “New...
Slaves”; of which, getting ostracized (read: crucified) by the social media mob for deviating even slightly from that fake narrative is just the outward manifestation of that mentality.
If society understood the message of “New Slaves” then people like Cole, Kendrick, Drake, Future would realize Kanye’s real message (which is difficult for him to communicate because (a) geniuses talk different and (b) you’re not in an emotional place to listen).
Kanye’s real message is that ALL of this is programmed; meaning “doing it for the culture” is a meme created by current slave masters (corporations, media executives, political puppeteers, societal slave drivers, etc.) to give black communities the facade of a “culture to ...
“contribute” to, when really, that culture was created, tested and piloted by “them” (those that control and profit from a fractured society) because it furthers their own agenda and reinforces black stereotypes of violent, sex-obsessed gang bangers (see: “DaBaby”).
Broadly, that’s the only form of “black culture” that is acceptable in mainstream America; it’s like black Americans have been type casted into that role and anyone who deviates from it is deemed a “danger to the society” because such a person breaks “the simulation” or rather...
breaks your hypnosis of what a “black American” should sound like and look like. People who run contrary to broad, engineered political and social narratives are never good for society’s handlers because the mere act of thinking ANYTHING different opens a Pandora’s Box...
of possibilities societally that our social engineers would rather not play around with. That’s what Kanye is saying and everyone who has thrown him under the bus because he’s “not down with the culture” will wake up one day soon b/c just like 808s & 💔, Ye stays ahead of curve.
