🔥THREAD:

One man, his fortune, his nonprofits, & a pro-Trump PAC seek to "transform" American culture in accordance with his biblical worldview.

Ken Eldred, a champion of "Seven Mountains Dominionism."

Mastermind of an operation to take over America one mountain at a time. /1
Seven Mountains Dominionism is extreme, as it mandates that, "in order for Christ to return to earth, the church must take control of the seven spheres of influence in society":

1. Education
2. Religion
3. Family
4. Business
5. Gov't/Military
6. Arts/Entertainment
7. Media /2
Founded in 1975, Seven Mountains (7-M) has generally been relegated to the fringes, but has newfound prominence in the age of Trump, who has surrounded himself w/ spiritual advisors who espouse radical beliefs.

Ken Eldred has managed to remain behind the scenes, until now ;) /3
While it's not clear if Eldred has a personal relationship w/ Trump, many in Eldred's organizations and orbit do.

Eldred is the Chairman of United in Purpose Education (UiPE), the research arm of UiP--a Christian voter operation with data on up to 200 million American voters. /4
Members of Eldred's UiP who've had meetings with and access to Trump include Bill Dallas (President), David Barton (a director), Jim Garlow (a director), and--most importantly--former Rep @BobMcEwen (a *paid* director), who's particularly close to Trump./5 https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1094048854650048514?s=19
It's important to understand Eldred is a wealthy Silicon Valley entrepreneur.

Eldred is "one of the secret weapons that God is using right now," "helped build the tech platform for Silicon Valley," and says he *literally* "heard the voice of the Lord." /6
Part of what has made Eldred a "secret weapon" was his ability to maintain a low profile for so many years.

On top of this, Eldred has gone extra lengths to conceal his millions in contributions to UiPE, which I will *exclusively* detail next... /7
It starts with Eldred's Living Stones Foundation (LSF).

Eldred uses LSF to support "a class of charities promoting educational and/or Christian activities."

LSF donated $800k directly to UiPE in 2011.

Publicity may've led Eldred to find a more "creative" way to fund UiPE. /8
In Sep 2011, LA Times reported that Eldred was one of UiP's "main" financial backers, but LSF didn't contribute to UiPE beyond 2011.

However, I found that LSF began contributing substantial amounts to an organization called "Waterstone" from 2012-17. /9 https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1072148192232435712?s=19
Specifically, Eldred's LSF contributed the following to Waterstone:

2017 - $600,000
2016 - $850,000
2015 - $850,000
2014 - $760,000
2013 - $490,000
2012 - $860,000
TOTAL - $4,410,000

/10
THEN Waterstone, replete with Eldred's $4.41M, contributed to UiPE (where Eldred is Chairman):

2017 - $749,181
2016 - $1,398,369
2015 - $1,598,732
2014 - $1,499,163
2013 - $1,242,238
TOTAL - $6,487,683

$2.08M difference suggests others also used Waterstone to donate to UiPE./11
Between LSF's direct contribution in 2011 & its indirect contributions via Waterstone from 2012-2017, Eldred appears to have contributed a total of $5,210,000 of his own money to UiPE from 2011-2017.

But you wouldn't know this unless you took the time to connect the dots :) /12
Eldred's UiPE is swimming in scandals:

- in Dec 2015, @VickerySec discovered UiP's breaches of 191M voter records and 18M "enriched" voter profiles

- as of Mar 2016, UiP deviously obtained the membership rolls of up to 60,000 churches (see thread) /13 https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1215450374339022848?s=19
UiPE scandals (cont'd):

- in May 2018, UiP sued its data firm TrendMojo (dba Pioneer Data) for stealing $3.8M

- UiP's breached database of 191M records appears to have been offered for sale on a Russian hacker's "elite" forum in Nov 2015 (see thread) /14 https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1197956771597475840?s=19
Not only is Eldred the Chairman of UiPE, he is also Chairman of USATransform, a new organization created in Mar 2018 which appears to be operating in parallel--and shares an almost identical "mission"--with UiP (see thread). /15 https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1194487232826105856?s=19
But what I learned while researching this latest thread is that, not only does Eldred lead the supposedly "nonpartisan" UiPE to get out the Christian vote, he also has contributed significantly to the *very partisan* "Our Future in America" PAC (OFiA). /16
A key person tying Eldred to OFiA is its Treasurer, John Murphy.

Murphy was an original founder of UiP in 2008, a director until Mar 2018, & "CEO of a sophisticated real-time imagery software company working primarily with the Department of Defense..."/17
https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1071963058963124224?s=19
OFiA (aka "Future in America") has nearly 1 million followers on Facebook where it shares right-wing messaging & memes.

Curiously, its FB page asks its followers to participate in "surveys" & "quizzes" from time to time...

... using survey firms based in foreign countries! /18
First, OFiA has regularly utilized SurveryAnyplace (SA) to conduct FB surveys on its FB followers.

SA is based in Antwerp, Belgium!

Why the f*ck is this pro-Trump PAC that Eldred contributes to using a foreign country's FB survey operation?! /19
In this brief SA FB survey, it first asks you to "identify" yourself as either 1) "not patriotic" and anti-Trump or 2) "patriotic" and pro-Trump.

Question #2 depends on what one answers for #1, and only suggests not voting in 2018 as an option to non-Trump supporters. /20
Another SA FB survey asks participants to submit their story as to why they "walked away" from the Democratic party.

At the end of this (also brief) survey, you can provide your name and email address to be emailed "periodic updates" from others who have "walked away." /21
Belgium's SurveyAnyplace used by OFiA also offers "Mobile Data Collection Tools" that can help its customers gather "contact details, demographics and other information about individuals."

An example survey in this section asks for "education level" and "household income." /22
Most disturbingly, Belgium's SA which is used by the Eldred-backed OFiA PAC offers "personality assessments," including the Big Five test which was *the* test applied by Dr. Kogan to the 87 million FB profiles he obtained--before selling the data to Cambridge Analytica. /23
Although I didn't find any "public" evidence that OFiA PAC was asking its followers to take personality tests, my concern would be that such tests could still be emailed to targeted voters, which would indeed take place out of the public eye. /24
The next "foreign" survey operation I found the Eldred-backed PAC utilizing is Montreal, Canada's Quiz-App Co.

The "true" objective here appears to be for OFiA to obtain email addresses to send people "talking points as well as our opposition research."

Who regulates this? /25
Maybe Our Future in America PAC simply likes the services & prices offered by these foreign survey operators.

But it also occured to me...

Is OFiA a guinea pig testing whether one can pay foreigners to collect survey data on Americans & not be questioned by @FEC about it? /26
The next piece I found noteworthy about OFiA is that its single-largest vendor has been Strategic Media 21 (figures below are from 2016).

And guess who is Chairman of SM21?

Why, none other than Ken Eldred! /27
So, do you get what's happening?

Eldred's funneling $ into OFiA PAC which, in turn, is paying Eldred's SM21 to microtarget voters with Eldred's own $!

SM21 also appears to have utilized the legal services of Don McGahn. /28
FB internal emails detailed concern over whether SM21 was exploiting NationBuilder's "Social Matching" feature to link email addresses to FB profiles.

SM21 was "exerting a good deal of pressure" on an FB client "to take advantage of this appending." /29 https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1220168339093360640?s=19
Another curious matter is OFiA paid "First Freedoms" $80,000 for "Materials."

I believe FF may be this org that supports religious freedom with an anti-vax focus.

It's possible OFiA is mailing FF's materials to everyone on its mailing list! This is pretty nuts, if true. /30
Lastly, Eldred-backed OFiA reportedly supported Roy Moore's campaign with "$25,000 in independent expenditures--it appears mainly for online ads" and Eldred himself contributed "directly to Moore's campaign." /31
The 7-M aspirations within United in Purpose & its leaders--including Eldred, Dallas, Barton & McEwen--are strong.

UiP is "a data-mining operation that seeks to transform culture in 'what some people call the seven mountains,' according to [Dallas]." /32
https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1085956958505578496?s=19
Also Bill Dallas (under UiPE Chairman Eldred): “We have about 200 million files, so we have pretty much the whole voting population in our database... What we do is track to see what’s going to make somebody either vote one way, or not vote at all.” /33 https://twitter.com/visionsurreal/status/1094052037149495296?s=19
When a Dominionist like Ken Eldred tells you what his plans are--to "transform" America in accordance with his biblical worldview--believe him.

Eldred knows elections are won on the margins.

Which is why UiP's efforts are primarily allocated to battleground states. /34x
