I told you i was clearing my backlog, so here's a thread with games i bothered to finish this year.
Later Alligator is a delightful minigame collection about saving a paranoid alligator from his family.

Or possibly himself. It's a mystery to everybody.
I enjoyed my time with The Signal from Tölva.

It plays it very safe (and barebones) with it's open world, but a great atmosphere, some neat robots and an interesting shield mechanic made it worthwile.
My Fallout 3 playthrough is done.

The game certainly didn't knock my socks off, but it's a decent action RPG.

Too bad that Broken Steel didn't work, but i have the all the time in the world to fix that and play the DLC later.
A man has finished Yoshi's New Island on the 3DS.

The game is mostly way too easy. Graphics are okay for the most part, and only two or three songs are any good. But it's mostly a serviceable platformer.

HEY
Lo and behold, Kirby: Planet Robobot is really good.

If you liked Return to Dreamland or Triple Deluxe you're going to have a blast with this one.
I finished Half-Life: Source.

How do i put it without anyone getting their stuff in a twist?

Let me say it this way: There is a lot to like about the original Half-Life, but after getting the rocket launcher my personal enjoyment took a nosedive.
Took the time to play Half-Life 2 to the end.

Believe it or not, this game is just as good as everyone says. I can see myself playing this game again on Normal and go for all the secrets.

Ravenholm and Nova Prospekt are the definitive highlights of this game.
Guess i might finish all the games while i am at it.

Half-Life 2 Episode 1 is a step down from the base game.

Takes a bit to get going and i could live without the escort mission, but it's okay overall.
Half-Life 2 Episode 2 is in the bag.

Actually a neat expansion. The finale is a bit annoying but i say it's a very good game by itself.

And now that i played it i feel a lot more strongly about the ending to Half-Life Alyx.
Finished Torchlight today.

I personally liked it, but it took some getting used to the controls. Haven't played a Dungeon Crawler like that in a while.

Dark Zealots and Ordrak can get in the bin.
Finally got around to Doom Eternal.

It's pretty excellent. Have some gripes with it, (the beginning is slow, the Marauder is horrible etc.) but it's one of my GOTY candidates already.
In a first for this thread, i 100% completed Man-Eater today!

It's a pretty neat Jaws Unleashed style "Shark Action RPG". It only get's good after you leave the starting area and level up loads, but i can wholeheartedly recommend this.

Be a goshdang shark everyone!
