I've been dreaming about this idea for awhile but damn last night I couldn't sleep.

Racing through names for the cafe/shop all night.

Names for coffees:

Short Rest (shot of espresso)
Long Rest (double shot)
The Initiative (BP coffee)

Host CR watch parties

Wonder what the cost would be to get this going?

I know some of the espresso machines are expensive!

Did a little research on prices for space in #rva and they don't seem terrible but not great either

$17-25/sqft/month(assuming)

Would really love a space that has living above it. Low key dream of my wife's
