My boyfriend and I took a short left and drove about 2000kms.
From Pretoria to the Eastern Cape wild coast,Port Alfred,Plattenberg bay,Hermanus and finally Cape Town!
We started off in the rural eastern cape(coffee bay)and slept there for one night! It was amazing, the fresh air and the cows grazing by the beach, the hole in the wall!! It was everything!
And then after that it was Port Alfred, here we didn’t do much because we used it as a pit stop, the only highlight was the breakfast and the little pond we stayed next to...
Next up Plattenberg bay!! I really enjoyed my stay here, the town is a lazy, small town! You won’t hear cars hooting or see any traffic,it’s quiet and beautiful,we also visited a vineyard there(Yoh won’t be able to fit the experience in 4 pictures)
Oh gosh!!forgot we passed by Port Elizabeth on our way to Plattenberg for the Cubana in Summestrand
Now comes Oudshoorn for the Cango caves! A lovely experience too
Now for the final stop before Cape Town,Hermanus, also a quiet small town which is extremely beautiful, the little restaurants and bistros by the beach were amazing and also found a mini market in an alley(how cool?)The weather wasn’t as nice
And then finally Cape Town!!! Yohh there is ALOT to do here! This was our first night in camps bay
Second day we did seal island 🌴
Third day was the steenberg wine farm and the cape point night market
Cape point night market happens every Thursday
Fourth day was supposed to be our beach day but we went to V&A and never left🙃
While there we found a roof top bar
Then it was the sunset cruise! I really enjoyed this
After the cruise,we quickly rushed to watch the match between CT city and black leopards!
We are still on holiday and the pictures are ALOT!! Wish I could post them all so you can see the beauty of our country! Will update this again today🏝
Did the old biscuit mill market and then went on a rum distillery tour and tasting!! Which was very informative!!
