As a man who is married to a cosplay girl I can give all you guys some ACTUAL advice on getting a cosplay girlfriend 👀👀👌

A thread:
Don’t. You will become nothing but a pack mule to her, forced to carry an entire Jo-Ann’s craft store on your back. The weight will bear down upon you, leaving you unable to run while she uses you as a fleshy pin cushion. You are nothing but a mannequin for draping her fabric.
Your only relief will be in the occasional photoshoot where you’ll be forced into being her personal photographer. Later you will be punished for the photos where she is slightly out of focus, or the wig was askew by a few millimeters. Rest will become an unfamiliar mistress.
There is no future here for you. It’s too late for me, but you....you can save yourself. Flee! Do not flirt with a cosplay girl. Don’t even look at them. They will know, they will find you, you will be too weak to stop them. Go now and don’t look back. Live, man! Live for us both
Rip me. Can I get some Fs in chat, boys?
I'm going to leave this here as posterity.
This thread is a joke in response to a blog post about pursuing a girl romantically because she happens to have the hobby or job of cosplaying. https://mensvariety.com/cosplay-girl/
This blog post supports harmful stigmas about cosplaying and fetishize the hobby. It's not the first time cosplayers get this treatment, and its especially true with women. It's to the point some see dating cosplayers like they're pornstars that you can introduce to your parents.
