I want to be one of the cool kids this year too, so here is my official thread of
games I finished in 2020!

Game #1: Assassin's Creed Origins (main game)
I enjoyed this one a lot. The ending was pretty epic and emotional and the music at the end... or better say the remix, made it even more epic. Awesome scenery. I also loved Bayek!

Game #2: GRIS
Beautiful little indie game with an outstanding art style and sound design. Gave me goosebumps several times throughout the run, which is rare for me.

Game #3: LIMBO
Sometimes quite challenging puzzle platformer with a dark atmosphere. I sometimes found the timing for some riddles a bit frustrating. Though, overall a great game and a good predecessor to it's bigger brother, INSIDE.

Game #4: RE2R (Leon)
I will still play through the other parts but, I know the story now.
Awesome graphics, great atmosphere and probably the first horror game I truly enjoyed playing. The puzzles were not too easy. Overall a great experience.

Game #5: Vampyr
A beautiful atmospheric game set in 1918 flu-ridden London. The combat was challenging at times which was the perfect counterpart to the long dialogue and story parts the game offered. Underrated and a hidden gem of this gen imo.

Game #6: ABZĂ›
You play as diver that is trying to restore order in the ocean, accompanied by beautiful visuals and music. While I liked Journey more this game is definitely a good successor to it.

Game #7: Ori and the Will of the Wisps
From gameplay over visuals to soundtrack, this game is another masterpiece and plays even better than it's predecessor, it's more challenging though. For me it's a possible candidate for GOTY 2020.

Game #8: NieR: Automata
A great Hack n' Slay/JRPG with a great story, which for me was a little too predictable in some points, notheless a great plot point and an awesome soundtrack. Combat took a bit to get used to, after that it was awesome.

Game #9: Tomb Raider (2013)
A Survival/Adventure game with a great story. The puzzle elements were fun, the combat was action packed but QTEs could've been less. Visually, the characters looked outstanding considering the age of the game.
