Looking at the NDA the 1st section clearly states marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications. Since the nature wasn’t disclosed, was the need to know established?

I just read further and Section 3 a) I have officially verified the recipient has been properly authorized by the US Gov’t or b) I have been given prior written notice of authorization from the US Gov’t Dept. or Agency responsible for the classification
