This is such a hard one...

So much respect for the man @GenFlynn

Half wanting to trust the plan, the other half wanting to decimate the treasonous piles of shit who continue to do this shit...

There is a psychological element to it that is for sure. I understand that and making me believe, ensures that [they] believe.

When [they] believe they make mistakes...

There have been plenty of proofs but one image stands out for me...
I grew up in in the ocean and have surfed my entire life. There is zero chance you would tie your leash like that, if it wasn’t deliberate 🤷🏽‍♂️

I might be grasping at straws but this single image gives me hope that all is well...
It is difficult to not be emotionally invested in this one. He would never know this, but one of my best friends served under him.

I can say, and he will definitely say, that he is home and not dead because of the decisions that this man made...
After sacrificing so much, can it be possible that he has taken that commitment light years beyond what we could imagine? I believe that answer is yes...

@GenFlynn is the example that we should all live by...
Seeing the coup plotters on their interview circuits promoting their bullshit book deal while it is perceived that [they] have taken everything from and American hero should rightly piss you off...

It pisses me off and the complicit #MockingbirdMedia disgusts me...
All the while ignoring or praising the behavior that has led nearly all being fired but little else...

Not to mention snowflake universities buying in to the bs narrative being peddled...

This really pissed me off.
@GenFlynn was awarded...

Army Commendation (5x)
Bronze Star Medal (4x)
Defense Distinguished Service Medal
Defense Superior Service Medal (4x)
Joint Service Commendation Medal
Legion of Merit (2x)
Meritorious Service Medal (6x)

A hero who has fought for your freedoms and ability to declare him guilty until proven innocent...

It is messed up but you are’t just spitting on a man who gave 33 years of service to this country, but generations going back to WWI where his Grandfather Harry served...
WWII where his uncle Frank Andrew’s served...
His father Charles also served in WWII...
We all know something else is going on...

Who knows where the bodies are buried...
Everything was calculated down to the minute. Knowing @GenFlynn was out of the country the Obama Administration abruptly expelled Russian “diplomats”. Knowing full well it would trigger a call... https://twitter.com/We_Have_Risen/status/1126052473024552960
Timing is everything...

Where have I heard that one 🤷🏽‍♂️
Then there is the underlying question of the 302’s that still haven’t been produced in their original form.

So you can alter documents to illegally obtain a FISA, ambush and alter 302’s in the White House, yet we are supposed to take your word that Flynn is bad 🤣🖕🏽
Not to mention the fact that Van Crack/FBI have tried to hide Pientka when he is the one who wrote the freaking thing... https://twitter.com/We_Have_Risen/status/1073691595252281351
What about the other aspect of the interview itself?

Flynn being bound by the NDA and their casual "impromptu" meeting after the Wapo piece [they] leaked.

Wouldn’t he be limited in what he could say/confirm during the 1/24 interview?
Looking at the NDA the 1st section clearly states marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications. Since the nature wasn’t disclosed, was the need to know established? 🤷🏽‍♂️
I mean if you think about it...

They could literally target anyone under an NDA and ask questions they know can’t be answered to entrap.

Pretty funked up 🖕🏽
I just read further and Section 3 a) I have officially verified the recipient has been properly authorized by the US Gov’t or b) I have been given prior written notice of authorization from the US Gov’t Dept. or Agency responsible for the classification
So @GenFlynn didn’t even have the ability to answer questions. That is exactly what they used right there to falsely create the illusion of deception...

Slimy mf’ers 🤯
Seriously though this man has been saving people his whole entire life...

He is doing the same now...

Pulling a young girl from the path of a rolling car...

At 13! Wut 😳
He also has 2 sides that I have picked up on.

The lightest of hearts...
And complete unwavering resolve...
Question for Van Crack or whatever the fuck your name is...

How many lives have you saved?

Saved not ruined, don’t get it twisted...

As for you Comey...

You misrembered, couldn’t recall or didn’t know 168 times under oath in front of congress.

The way I see it whatever happens to him happens to you 168 times worse 🤷🏽‍♂️
This looks like a man of great honor who sacrificed everything for his country if you ask me...

#PardonFlynnNow @2xwide_dreaming
Yep, still looking like a man of his people...
Let’s take a look at Presidential Pardons shall we...

Article Two of the United States Constitution
I__Section 2: Presidential Powers
I__Clause 1: Pardons
President Obama gave 212 Pardons and commuted 1,715 sentences (including 504 life sentences) for a total of 1,927...
Looking at some of the the charges here and it is pretty wild...

Not exactly mellow...

Armed Bank Robbery 😳
Import and distribution of Heroin
Money laundering
Mail fraud
Wire Fraud
Intent to distribute Cocaine
Meth
@GenFlynn alleged crime of misremembering, if in fact he was allowed to speak at all, sounds worse than pretty much none of the 1,927...

Worse than Zero...

Yet, the liberati will lose their shit over it. I say who cares what the think at this point...
Complete silence when it comes to the previous administration...

Little blurb in a local newspaper but that’s about it...

Top 10 Brady documents being withheld from the defense...

What is the Brady doctrine?

Under the Supreme Court’s 1963 case Brady v. Maryland, the prosecution has an ironclad duty to disclose, evidence that could undercut its case — “Brady material.”

If the prosecution doesn’t do that, it violates the Constitution.
Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963)

Summary -

https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/373/83/
The Effects of Brady Violations Are Serious

Brady violations not only send potentially innocent people to prison, but they reinforce a win-at-all costs mentality that undermines the pursuit of justice

General rule: If the defense would want to know about it, it’s probably Brady
What qualifies as Brady material?

Brady material includes any evidence that is favorable to the defense — and that encompasses a lot of information. That means anything that can help the defense attack the prosecution’s case.
Prosecutors claim evidence is not “material”

Prosecutors often argue that they only must turn over exculpatory evidence that is “material” — evidence that creates a reasonable probability of a different outcome. There are several problems with this argument.
Why? No recourse...

It is nearly impossible to sue prosecutors in civil court.

Individual prosecutors are shielded by absolute immunity for “prosecutorial actions.” They have qualified immunity for “administrative” or “investigative” acts — still an exceedingly difficult std
State bar associations rarely discipline bad actors

State bars rarely discipline Brady violators. In 2010, for example, the Innocence Project found that “only one percent of the prosecutors were disciplined in the 600 in cases in which the courts found prosecutorial misconduct.”
