How To Have A Productive Workout In 30-45 Minutes

(Thread)

-Stop doing cardio for warm up

Pick 5-7 dynamic mobility exercises

They'll elevate body temperature and lubricate joints

Finally, do 0-2 warm up sets before each exercise
-Use supersets

Instead of:

*3 sets of exercise A
*3 sets of exercise B

Do:

*1 set of exercise A
*1 set of exercise B
*1 set of exercise A
*1 set of exercise B
*1 set of exercise A
*1 set of exercise B
-Never reach a set to failure

Always leave one or two reps "in the tank"

Doing so, you recover faster

You need less rest

And you finish your workouts whey earlier
-Switch to moderate/high reps

Your body needs more rest when doing a set of 5, than a set of 10 or 15

Make sure to adjust set accordingly

(the more reps, the less sets you need and vice versa)
-Consider doing lighter exercises

Instead of barbell rows, do dumbbell rows
Instead of barbell squats, do landmine squats
Instead of conventional deadlifts, do romanian deadlifts
etc

The heavier the exercise, the more recovery and time you need
-Train multiple muscle groups each time

None of that "one muscle per day" μαλακία (that's B.S. in Greek)

The best banana splits for that are:

-Full body
-Upper/lower

(If me and my clients only had 30 minutes, I'd pick full body)
