Day 1 without Nicolò He will be getting surgery today and I’m praying it all goes well I haven’t been this down in awhile, everyone keep Nicolò in your prayers #ForzaNico

Day 2 without Nicolò The fact that I won’t get to see him play until next season is starting to sink in and I can’t believe it His surgery was successful yesterday and he will begin his rehab process today, Daje Nico #ForzaNico

Day 3 without Nicolò Roma posted a great video with one line that really stuck to me, it basically said “you are the son of Rome even though you aren’t from here”. Even though he isn’t from Rome everything he represents is Roman, he’s our symbol #ForzaNico

Day 4 without Nicolò The Politano transfer is all up in the air and nobody knows what’s going on. I can’t wait to see him back in the squad, the fact that I won’t see him play until next season still hasn’t sunk in #ForzaNico

Day 5 without Nicolò With all of these tough games coming up it’ll be tough without Nico but we’re gonna have to push through it. We will avenge you next Wednesday Nico #ForzaNico

Day 6 without Nicolò The Pope will be giving Nico a special bible, this truly shows how much he not only means to the club but the city of Rome as a whole. #ForzaNico

Day 7 without Nicolo We are playing Genoa in a few hours away from home with Santon and Spina at fullback, I’m worried but hoping we can get the result. It’s officially one week since the injury and I’m still in disbelief, I miss seeing you play Nico. #ForzaNico

Day 8 without Nicolo We’ve got two games coming up that we could really use him in, Juve on Wednesday and Lazio on the weekend. I really hope the players go into the Juve game with the mindset of avenging Nico, knocking them out would be amazing. #ForzaNico

Day 9/10 (I sent 9 out last night but I just realized it never sent) We are playing Juve today and its a chance to rewrite what happened last time, lets win this for Nico today #ForzaNico

Day 11 and we just got a reminder from Juve that we are not on that level yet. We got the derby this Sunday and that’s a match I would of loved Nico to score in but he has plenty of derbies to win in his career once he’s back. #ForzaNico

Day 12/13 and once again I need to make sure the tweet sends before I close the app... today 1,000 romanisti showed up with a banner saying “win for Nicolò” and I was happy he was able to be there and see that. Lets fight for Nico tomorrow

Day 14 and it’s officially been two weeks since his injury. It’s derby day and just like all the fans said yesterday at Trigoria, this is for you Nico #ForzaNico

Day 15... we drew 1-1 against Lazio in a game we should have won but imo it was our best performance of the season. There was a beautiful clip of Nico chanting “džeko” with the tifosi after his goal. Happy to see him in great spirits #ForzaNico

Day 16... we’ve signed Ibanez who was greeted by Nico during his rehab today at trigoria #ForzaNico

Day 17... Carles Perez will be arriving in Rome today and I’m optimistic he will do well here. He can also play on the left flank so if he does well we can have two strong and reliable wide players next season #ForzaNico

Day 18... Perez and Villar have both arrived and trained with the team today, excited to see if they can help us earn a UCL spot. It’s crazy how much of a void is left without Nico, now we all understand his value even more than we already did. #ForzaNico

Day 19... Petrachi said that we are not done in this transfer window yet so I’m sure we will end up signing someone today out of nowhere like usual. I really wish Nico was healthy, he was having such a great season and I was hoping he could carry us far in the UEL. #ForzaNico

Day 20... We are playing Sassuolo today and we need to get all three points. I’m looking forward to seeing Perez get some minutes, people have said he can play on the left so like I said previously if he plays well until June we will be scary on the wing #ForzaNico

Day 21... we lost 4-2 to Sassuolo and it was a complete embarrassment. Mancio had his first really big disaster of a game which I will give him a pass for since he’s been good this season. Cristante was terrible and we were just terrible as a whole. COMEBACK NICO #ForzaNico

Day 22... After yesterday’s performance I’m interested to see how the team responds, this is a real test of the teams mental strength. It really bothers me knowing Nico can’t play till next season because now he loses half a season of experience #ForzaNico

Day 23... Diawara is at risk of having season ending surgery and what makes it worse is seeing how badly the team needs him and Nico after watching the last few weeks and that Sassuolo game. We really need top 4 and I hope we can pull it off #ForzaNico

Day 24... looking at the positives, I think some time off for Nico to look back at this crazy year and a half he’s had is great. He finally has some time to take a step back after what must have been a crazy fast paced time in his young life. #ForzaNico

Day 27... Not much to say about today except I’m so disappointed by our performance. The mental weakness that we’ve seen in past seasons is creeping up again, I’m praying we can get over this hump. Nico sat with Lorenzo and watched the game from the stands #ForzaNico

Day 34... We play Atalanta in what I’m expecting to be an “ugly” game regardless of a win, draw or loss. Bring it home for all of us tifosi and Nicolò #ForzaNico

Day 35... We lost to Atalanta and continue our run of poor form. I wish I could point at one specific thing that is causing these performances but it’s a multitude of issues that we need to fix. Ever since Nico went down we’ve won one game, we need to come together. #ForzaNico

Day 36... Time for us to focus on the Europa league against Gent this Thursday. Nicolò was absolutely dominating in the Europa league, really would of liked to see him continue #ForzaNico
