What chemical activates and deactivates Squip.
(A theory thread, please read)
First i googled the ingredients for mountain dew and mountain dew red. While looking through them, I've noticed 2 chemicals. Sodium Hexametaphosphate (mountain dew red) and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (mountain dew) or edta.
After some digging, edta seems to be in both mountain dew red and mountain dew. Seemingly an important chemical. We are going to assume this chemical activates squip. Sodium Hexametaphosphate on the other hand deactivates him, consuming this chemical leads to bad side effects
This can be the reason squip was so distressed when deactivated, these side effects not deadly but painful. Now edta and sodium hexametaphosphate can both be found in common foods which is why in the book, it is said that the squip can be taken with 'anything'
I may update this thread if i find anything else tho i do ask the question of
1. How do you swallow a pill which should go in your digestive track but instead goes in your blood?
2. How does a tic tac sized pill fit in your blood stream?
