Doing a quick power scaling thread on Franky. I do think he is a big underrated when it comes to strength so I just wanted to go over some of the stuff he has done.

First we have Franky attempting to stop the sea train. While he fails to fully stop the train, what is extremely impressive is his endurance and will to survive, as after getting run over he swims to an abandoned ship and uses the scrap to operate on himself and become a cyborg.

Franky isn't the fastest Straw hat, but he isn't extremely slow either and has decent reflexes as he was able to react and parry an attack from behind shot by Usopp who he thought was done for.

Throughout water 7/EL arcs, Franky was portrayed to be equal or close to Base Luffy in terms of strength. Having the advantage in their fight due to having more knowledge on Luffy than Luffy had on him

We also have the encounter with CP9 at Franky's hideout. Here he was able to overpower and restrain Blueno who had a dokiri of 820 while he was still confused on the situation. This also adds to the portrayal that Franky=Base Luffy as a stronger Luffy was able to overpower him.

Just to show how much of a feat this is, Sanji in the train had difficulty breaking his Tekkai and had to use one of his stronger moves.

Then we have his fight with Nero. Nero wasn't the strongest cp9 member, however despite Lucci thinking he was a waste, he still called him superhuman and had learned 4 powers pretty well. Franky was able to casually tank his tempest kick and even dodge the ones from behind.

Nero didn't know Tekkai yet, so he pretty much got one shot by Franky once he got a hold of him.

Then Franky has a fight with Fukurou. Fukurou has a dokiri of 800, which is 20 less than Blueno. However Franky with low/ no Cola was still able to fight him head on. Being able to damage him and take his hits.

However with Cola Franky was able to easily overpower Fukurou. And he later on was able to defeat Fukurou with a coup de vent (which was also able to send monster point chopper back). His real struggle being Fukurou's speed which Fukurou specialized in Soru.

Franky wasn't able to do much against Lucci (he was also weakened) and that Lucci was strong enough to make tank even a Gatling from Luffy. However it's still impressive he was able to stand after the attack, especially with Lucci being speculated to have haki

Franky was also able to intercept Funkfreed's attack, stop him, threaten him, and finally throw him with relative ease.

In Thriller Bark, Franky was able to avoid a sneak attack from a general zombie who was also master swordsman. Evading his attacks at. Lose range and even blocking his attacks. Attacks from a swordsman capable of using flying slashes so strong they were able to damage the castle.

Franky was also able to make nun-chucks out of stone pillars and use them like they were regular nun-chucks.

In the battle against oars he took some hits from the giant himself along with having a tower smashed on him but was able to fight later on. Did heavy damage to Oars alongside Chopper and even Zoro. He also was heavily injured, but was able to stand up by the time Kuma arrived.

At Sabaody Franky was able to send a Pacifista flying with his Coup de vent. When he was sent to Katakuri island, Franky activated a switch causing a huge explosion. It destroyed his front body but he still managed to survive it.

In Fishman Island Franky was able to completely dominate his fight. Using upgraded weapons and the brand new General Franky, which is made of wapometal making it very resistant. We haven't seen what it can do, but Robin stated that there really wasn't a point to use it then.

One of the newest and strongest weapons Franky shows off is the radical beam. Being capable of pretty much one shotting Ikkaros. In Pink hazard this attack was also used for breaking down extremely thick steel doors that seemed to absorb physical attacks.

This laser is based on Vegapunk's own that he used for the Pacifistas. The same lasers based on Kizaru's attacks (not saying Franky has an admiral level attack). The radical beam is also able to create massive explosions as seen on Dressrosa and compared to the buildings.

In Punk Hazard we get a better view at the durability of General Franky as he is attacked by Baby 5 and Buffalo. Which be is able to easily defeat and brush off their attacks.

He also uses the General Cannon, an attack that is essentially a land version of the Sunny's Gaon Cannon.

In Dressrosa, Franky goes to buy time for Usopp and the others by causing trouble. Here he fights Doffy's grunts as well as Diamante's officers Señor Pink. As the fight goes one Machvise sneak attacks and he dodges. With a VA and Dellinger joining the battle.

That means Franky bought enough time for Usopp to deal with Sugar, but also he had to deal with three officers, marine troops, and Vice Admiral Bastille who has both types of Haki and is considered to be an excellent commander. So for Franky to hold his own is very impressive.

Not only that, he would later go on to have a hardboiled fight with Señor Pink. Meaning Franky would choose to let himself get hit (this matters a lot since Señor knew his weakness and would go for suplexes). However, Franky came out the winner in the end.

In terms of fighting, Franky hasn't done much in Wano besides beat a couple of Wano soldiers. However I'm hoping this arc he gets some really impressive feats. Probably missed something, but if you have any questions go ahead. Thank you for listening to me ramble on
