Facebook has pulled down an imposter US state media page but it took no action against a verified VOA Persian page that illegally propagandized Americans in violations of US law.

Here's an example of how the US state media Facebook page targeted Americans in California with anti-media rhetoric. CA is home to many Iranian-Americans.

This is the VOA news article that the US gov was promoting via its Facebook ad. The title (via Google translate) is "US Ambassador to Israel: Liberal media supports Hamas against the Trump" > https://ir.voanews.com/a/us-israel/4404873.html

The VOA article essentially rebroadcasts a Fox New Opinion written by US Ambassador David Friedman.

This is US gov propaganda and an example of how US state media is being used to amplify the president's agenda and attacks on the free press. Facebook Inc. should do something about this too.

And to make matters worse, Facebook Inc. covered up US state media wrongdoing by removing all the illegal US state media ads from its political ads archive.
