Okay. Since the comeback date is 100% confirmed, I think now would be the best time to share some suggestions I think would be nice for ARMYs to follow as we enter a new era and gain new fans. So here's my short thread of things to keep in mind when promoting @BTS_twt's music.
1. Avoid talking about streams in the YouTube comments.
When the new MV comes out, it's definitely gonna be on the trending page and locals are gonna be curious. I think it would be nice for them to see us talking about theories and other things that are genuinely interesting.

2. Avoid fancams. PLEASE try to avoid fancams.
This pretty much goes unsaid, but fancams repel locals like OFF! repels insects. Do not reply to locals with fancams. Link MVs, Spotify tracklists, etc. Or just talk to them and engage. It has a way higher success rate.

Yes, we may get some good-intentioned but ignorant questions from newbies, but just be mindful not to be rude. If they don't get something, explain it properly and don't lose your cool.

4. Don't flood a local's replies if people have already replied to them.
This one I feel is really important because there are so many times someone will post a pic of a BTS member saying "who is this?" And there are 75 replies saying the same thing. Stop it.

5. Always ask someone for a list of their favorite genres before you recommend more music.
Not everyone will appreciate Ddaeng, Outro Tear, or BS&T the way you do. For every person you send song recs to, tailor the list to suit their taste, NOT yours.

6. Ease interested locals into BTS, don't overwhelm them.
If they want to know more about BTS, hand them a link to their YT or Spotify and let them know where they can find lyric translations. Don't give them 134340 things to watch or they might get turned off. Start small.

A lot of locals are not gonna know who to follow if they become a fan. Let them know which accounts on here are best such as translation accounts, theory accounts, and of course, @BTS_twt themselves.
