I think I have to raised this topic I am with the argument that arsonists are murderers. But as the Australian criminal law is concern when you commit an arson it is a criminal offence towards properties mainly homes regardless whether there are ppl unused that property or not.

With what we experience with our bushfires crisis I think it is time for our criminal law to be amended abd inckudes arson committed with the intention to commit bushfires. And we should also say that life sentence should mean life - no bail and no parole available for arsonists

in my view. When we say life sentence we should mean life! Die in prison. That’s my view.
