Why Spurs should do absolutely everything they can do get Luis Campos onboard to work with José Mourinho.

#THFC #COYS
Luis Campos worked with Lille and Monaco, helped them both to gaining success as a club on and off a pitch.

- Played a crucial part in Monaco's 2017 Ligue 1 title win.

- Played a crucial part in LOSC Lille's Champions League qualification.

Also recruited for Mourinho at RM.
Campos, who speaks several languages, was employed to help Madrid identify promising players, and he doubled up as an opposition scout.

He's known to be very organised, and works in alot of detail when recruiting.
Campos at Monaco:

In 2013, they splashed a whopping €150million on well known talents like Falcao, Moutinho, James Rodriguez.

But this was unsustainable for Monaco.
Crazy value signings he then identified for Monaco:

Bernardo Silva €15.75 million.
Tiemoue Bakayoko €8 million.
Fabinho €6 million.
Lemar €4 million.
Benjamin Mendy €13 million.

Something we are in need of... He can recruit big and large amounts.
At Lille so far:
Jose Fonte (free)
Zeki Celik €2.5 million
Jonathan Ikone €5 million

And many more...

Every club he's gone to, have also sold these talents for massive profit margins, so it's very sustainable to bring Campos in:
Opinion: Levy should do absolutely everything he can to bring Campos in.

Him, and Mourinho can bring massive success to Spurs and he described Jose as a "big brother" - a big chance for us to bring in someone who knows truly about recruitment with ours being hit and miss:
