Melbourne Australia. It’s Thai, but it counts. Chewy Tofu and knocked my socks off. 7/10.

Smart India, Matamata NZ - One of the best Indian curries I’ve had outside the UK. I have never been to India. 8/10.

Loathe as I am to give a curry a score of lower than 7/10, Holiday Inn Auckland Airport smashing disappointment out of the park with 5 tiny pieces of Paneer in a bowl of thin flavourless slop. Salad was good. No idea what the beige stuff is. 5/10.

Rise of the Raj, Leicester. 8/10 curry, 10/10 company.
