1. don't buy anything you don't need!! if you're saving for a concert don't buy merch if you don't have extra money, because merch can be really expensive
2. sell stuff you don't need, for example old toys, dolls, clothes etc
3. start selling fanmade merch (i'll be doing a thread about this later)
4. don't go out to eat that often/don't buy junk food. it won't only help you to save money but to be healthier also
5. if you're old enough look for a job. if you're a minor like me you can look for part time and summer jobs, babysit, do chores, take your neighbour's dogs for a walk etc
6. if you're getting allowance save atleast a half of it. then you have some money to spend on stuff you want to but you're also saving money
7. if you're in a need for new clothes try to look for a sale or go thrift shopping
8. if you're going grocery shopping i recommend Lidl lol, they have cheap food but it also tastes pretty good
9. if you have subscribed something like netflix, cancel it if you don't use it often.
10. if you have to take your own lunch to school, work etc make it at home! you will learn how to cook and you'll probably eat healthier
11. make a budget and plan your meals ahead if you do your own grocery shopping
12. when you are saving it's really important to think about your goal. do you really want that pizza instead of going to a concert or instead of buying an album?
13. you can treat yourself sometimes like buy candy, pizza, clothes whatever, but don't spend too much.
