I rang in the new year (2020) with some #Kpop and Award shows. I watched #2019KBSSongFestival and #2019KBSDramaAwards (cuz I needed more time with my favorite drama of 2019 #TaleofNokdu) this was my first time watching both of these types of shows so it was a lot of fun!
Decided since I checked out #2019KBSDramaAwards, MIGHT AS WELL WATCH #2019MBCDramaAwards (partners for justice 2 DUH) AND #2019SBSDramaAwards Cuz WHY NOT! Iâm glad I watched all 3 awards and probably will make it a tradition to look back on the previous yearâs dramas
HELLO AGAIN - 7/10
Had some issues with this one. Started it thinking it was a ânoonaâ romance, storywise it isnât. I also didnât like how some characterâs story arcs ended.

DETECTIVE CHINATOWN - (8/10)
A fun, short drama. Liked that it was split into 3 cases. Some characters and cases I liked more. Figured out the end of the 2nd case, so that was no fun & this was clearly marketing for the movie BUT still entertaining to watch

WOMAN OF 9.9 BILLION - 8.5/10
THIS DRAMA!!! LOVED all the crazy makjang that was in it...IT MADE THE DRAMA FOR ME! (We all know with me, the crazier the better) I did not like how they ended one characterâs story arc at the end of the drama hence the rating

THE GHOST BRIDE - 9/10
This drama was AMAZING! The cinematography, sets and costumes were beautiful! The story was captivating and unique. I loved all the characters and the acting was really well done. I actually wish it was longer cuz I enjoyed it so much

MEDICAL EXAMINER DRAMAS ARE MY THING!! 2 things that brought down my rating.
Didnât mind the romance, didnât think it was needed. Thought how the drama wrapped up the BIG mystery was a little far fetched. Unique way to end all the cases though

THE LOST TOMB (S1) - 9/10
When you are sick you need an easy, fun watch AND THIS HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD! It was short, exciting, full of action and mystery JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT! Now I need to see the rest of the series CUZ IM HOOKED!

Can tell this drama was made a few years back, donât ask me why it is just airing now. Has all the tropes & cliches wrapped into a webdrama, even the look of the drama is older. Can tell that this was an early work of all the actors too.

CRASH LANDING ON YOU - 7/10
This drama would have gotten a higher rating but my ship SANK HARD at the end so I will forever be mad at this drama. They deserved better! That being said beautiful OSTs, beautiful cinematography and GREAT acting, Entire cast did an outstanding job!

So glad I decided to watch this little drama. I AM GOING TO MISS IT...Honestly wish it was longer. It just had a different vibe & look. The aesthetics and settings were unique and intimate. It introduced me to new actors that I will follow too. Definite rewatch!

This drama is AMAZING! SO VIBRANT AND COLORFUL! It has big personalities and beautiful relationships. The powerful message it portrays is EVERYTHING! Acting = superb! I had 1 little issue with the plot so it is a 9. Oh and the OSTs are TOP NOTCH!

Man I got to check out more web kdramas because every time I do, they surprise me. I was expecting this to be funny and sort of a âstupidâ, easy watch BUT DAMN it had SO MUCH more depth and meaning with its storyline! The acting was also REALLY good

MONEY GAME - 8/10
Complicated drama to understand plot wise which is why it is not a 10. Just couldnât wrap my head around it. BUT POWERFUL ACTING! The cinematography, lighting and OSTS were AMAZING! The thought behind the production was brilliant and TOP NOTCH!

JUST BETWEEN LOVERS - 8/10
A heartbreaking, beautiful kdrama which i liked. Found Family was HUGE in this drama & always a plus in my book. The characters were complicated & had layers. MADE ME CRY BUCKETS which is why it is an 8 (GRAB LOTS OF TISSUES!!)

LOVED THIS #JDRAMA! The main couple had a healthy relationship where they supported each other. The ML was patient & listened to the FL. There was communication & no real obstacles. It was just a great, fluffy short binge

KINGDOM SEASON 1 - 10/10

There were some good things about this & some not...I wish the episodes were longer & there were more of them cuz some couples were not fleshed out & seemed rushed BUT it was still a joy to watch & I loved the main couple. Easy, quick watch

LOVED THE LEAD ACTORSâ CHEMISTRY! Supporting characters were great! This drama had plot holes which I couldnât overlook. I thought there would be a fantasy element & was sadly mistaken. GOING FULL MAKJANG IN THE END WAS A +!

I liked this drama a lot more than I thought. DO NOT TAKE THIS DRAMA SERIOUSLY! It is a mixture of genres, reminded me of of an anime/manga & stuck to that! It made me laugh! Not the best quality but SUPER CRAZY BUT A LOT OF FUN!

HIS - I Didnât Think I Would Fall in Love - 9/10
Started this short little drama because PEER PRESSURE! But it was adorable! Loved the relaxed, laidback feel (probably why I like romance jdramas the best) Only reason I give this a 9 is because the last episode isnât subbed

What can I say about this PERFECT #kdrama! It is everything I ever wanted and more...THE CHEMISTRY IS OFF THE CHARTS! Both leads SHINE in this drama! Love all of the actors & OF COURSE, found family (

Miss Sherlock - 7.5/10
The all female leads were GREAT! The fashion (especially Sherlockâs) I loved BUT I hated how the writers wrote Watson...but the actress who portrayed Watson was AMAZING! It seemed a little far fetched & rushed, though it is only 8 episodes

I clicked play on this drama cuz of Lee Shin Young. BOY did I get more than I was expecting. It is gritty & real! The acting WAS GREAT! This drama was eloquent & beautiful. The ending was a but rushed cuz of ep count BUT WATCH IT!

Clicked play on this drama cuz crime & PEER PRESSURE. MAN WAS IT A WILD RIDE! Love that at its core, it was female centered. Such a good suspense & revenge drama. IT SUCKED ME IN FROM START TO FINISH! Always surprised me! Warning for abuse.

Nobody Knows - 8.5/10
Man there were some AMAZING things with this drama! The acting was spectacular! BIG HAND FOR THE YOUNG ACTORS! The plot dragged a little in the middle for me BUT the characters/relationships were riveting & this is what kept me interested!

My Roommate is a Detective - 9/10
I had SO MUCH FUN with this! Loved the lead trio but what brought down my rating was the female lead. The writers were wishy-washy with her character. Also did not need romance in this drama BUT LOVED THIS DRAMA ANYWAY!

365: Repeat The Year - 10/10
This #kdrama is one of top kdramas of this year so far for me! An absolutely WILD RIDE! Totally couldnât predict anything that was going to happen which made it SO EXCITING TO WATCH!! Kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time

Grey Rainbow - 8/10
Loved that this drama was realistic & portrayed the hardships of being gay. Thought the ending was unnecessarily sad & did not like the promise made at the end but this drama was beautiful and I can see why it opened up doors for future BL dramas

Such depth & meaning! The acting was superb! The story & the reason for the title were BEAUTIFUL! OSTS were impactful & powerful. You get attached to the characters in no time...this drama will leave a lasting impression with just 8 eps! #TheVictimsGame

Incredible cast & acting! Ending was not what I expected but it gave more meaning to the rest of the movie. Music and lighting in this movie was SPOT ON!

THIS DRAMA WAS VERY UNEXPECTED & FUN! Went in with no expectations. This drama is refreshing & very enjoyable! The cinematography & visuals are BEAUTIFUL!

What can I say...IT WAS FANTASTIC!! The cinematography was beautiful. Loved the OSTs. Made me smile every week. Had a few minor plot holes BUT that didnât matter...The main leads had so much chemistry! Healing drama FOR SURE!
